I live in a Met police area. And they don’t seem to have any road policing. There are vehicles that don’t even have the correct colour plates. Some trend of using German plates on uk cars. And yellow on the front. There’s a graphic sticker company’s van with white on the back and yellow in the front. All mis spaced. See it regularly on the road.
I see on average 3 illegal number plates a day, thats only the ones I notice and not always the same ones. I have sent photos to the police, taken the photos to the police station and phoned them. All I’m told is to contact the DVLA, who in turn till me its a police matter. I have also wrote the Chief Constable and the Crime Commissioner, guess what, no response. I was once pulled with totally legal plates, with manufacturers details and British standard mark, 10 days after passing a MOT. The police tried tilling me they were illegal because I had the make of the Vehicle at the bottom of the plate in small letters, load of rubbish. Yet they seem to totally ignore plates that are illegal.
We have a friend who lives on a fairly new estate & there was a driveway that had two BMW's on it with exactly what's in this video number plates spaced out & different sized lettering & guess what they were owned by a copper in a police force !....do as I say not as I do !
The police are certainly not doing enough, in fact doing nothing. I reported several cars to South Yorkshire Police several years ago. I got no response from them and those vehicles are still on the road displaying the same illegal plates
If the police spent less time on checking for hurty words on X then they might starting doing some proper work. These offences are not hard to spot. Just open your eyes. Use ANPR. FFS.
ANPR is not for anything else, other than checking your movements around the country, also for LEZ etc, the po lice have them in some cars, but nearly always ignore them when they tell them something is wrong. Get stopped by the po lice, then you are checked out, maybe if the po lice would solve some real crimes, instead of po licing social media for hurty words, people might actually start respecting them.
Where I am it depends on who you are, if you have status and a posh car with dodgy plates you’re are ignored by police, if you’re just Joe Bloggs in your “bread and butter” car with dodgy plates you’ll be stopped and fined.
Check this one then, parked in our road the other day BMW220D COUPE reg no. C101UPE with no spaces all really close together to look like COUPE. Failed the MOT on 30th August because of the number plates, but must have changed them for legal plates because on the same day it passed it's MOT. Now showing the illegal plates again. 🙄
NOT ILLEGAL ON MERSEYSIDE AS MERSEYSIDE POLICE DO ABSOLUTELY FUCK ALL ITS EVEN LEGAL TO USE A MOBILE PHONE WHILST DRIVING AS THEY DON'T ENFORCE THIS EITHER !
What is it with the large epidemic of cars seen every day on the roads with No front number plates I see at least 3 every day. They can't of all just fallen off. 😂😂
It seems as though more none police people can spot a dodgy plate and illegal e-scooters on footpaths and roads than the police. Either the police are short sighted and genuinely do not see them, or it would take too much time to deal with these “minor” infractions. There are too many chippy’s for police to visit instead . ( as observed locally).
As soon as cameras first came out 20 odd years ago people been hiding plates ....remember the old tax colours 😂😂fold here fold there ...perfect 😂😂 ........I do not condone or encourage any number plate trickery 😂😂
The point is there are hundreds. if not thousands of CLONE vehicle plates on our roads, EVERYDAY. They are illegal. If you watch the SPECIAL REPORT on this channel regrading CLONED vehicles, you will understand the severity of this growing problem.

My brother has two cars with 'personal' plates - but they're both legal. One is just his initials followed by a number, the other spells out his name (sort of), but is legally spaced. Both easily read by ANPR cameras.
That grey Range Rover on the mis spaced "R" plate has a reg originally issued in 1976/1977. Maybe it is just a legal cherished plate but was not originally used on that vehicle.
I was in a hit and run with a car Reg VUI6 474, that doesn't exist on the DVLA site... Took me a while to figure out the one, is a capital i, and is an Irish plate with incorrect spacing VUI 6474. I did manage to claim for the accident in the end. So all good
More fines for the motorists! Yay! I've got a personal plate and all the digits are spaced correctly. Those that are using plates incorrectly spaced are foolish and most of the time said plates look tacky anyway, but I wouldn't go to the trouble of calling 999 and ringing the police on them, it's hardly the crime of the century is it? And what's with the dramatic music? 🙄 ( I won't mention the clickbait title)

The police let it happen, Stop them and fine them or remove the car off the road you do this for insurance do it for number plates.

Cloned plates are on the same tractor, just front and rear pictures, it's the same VW beside it. Some people!

Thought you could report illegal plates, if you've got dash cam or photographic evidence, via operation snap's website
Hi, operation snap DON’T deal with number plate offences ! that’s a fact. That’s the main reason I started this channel
