Do the bearings go bad on the hpp eccentric cam? I don't see how they get oil.. It's sealed.

There's a hole in the back of the shaft that let oil come down the shaft and oil beting

Hey did you have only random misfire or p0011 also? Cam shaft timing performance advances etc I have the same truck with the lifter and lobe worn... I'm afraid that the timing might be stretched
