Today I head to Macon township Michigan for an Auction. The buyer of the van and several other cars, plus much of the sheet metal and the seats came from southern Ohio!
These sadly look roached. Rust wins at some point.
The 65 Mustang Fastback was a bit of a surprise to me at $2,150. I talked with the buyer a bit and did some research. At average retail today, a fastback has a $11k price premium over a 2dr Hardtop at $42 and $31k respectively. At high retail it's $79k vs $52k. So hypothetically the car could be roof section and title donor for rust free western hartop body making it potentially worth many thousands of dollars on a nut and bolt restoration.
@WoodyFixit I was thinking body panels or parts car and if the roof could be saved. More power to em!
I have a 62 ford falcon van that my grandpa bought brand new. I'm looking for a parts van but unfortunately they all look like t g e one in your video. I need the rear 2' of frame. but part of the fun is the hunt! tons of good parts on those!
great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
I had a 65 Ford flat nose truck
They are so fun to drive. I had a 67 Econoline pickup.
I had people ask "where's the engine!?"
That van was cool. 😎
Scooby doo van. 😀 😊
Scooby-Dooby-doo thanks for watching!
They sold the front end of that 32chevy car separately?? Wtf that's some shady shit,,for real!!😂😂
Could you tell me who the auctioneer was for this auction? Thank you.
