Alyssa, I teared up when you talked about how special it is to be there, especially right before the world celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ. How special and amazing and blessed you all were to take this trip. Bucket List
Holyland is worth the visit of a lifetime. The place where Jesus walked makes you feel blessed and closer to him. There's nothing like it anywhere else. Shalom
WOW! How moving was that video? I started to well up with you Alisa at the 3:20 mark. And the sound of the church bells ringing...so powerful and magnificent! Thank you guys so much for sharing this with all of us. I'll definitely be watching this one again.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us which I can only imagine would be a trip of a lifetime. There is a lot to take in but you will have your photos, videos, and memories to remember for years to come.
I just want to stop in the middle of your video and thank you both for this, I also feel how powerful Israel is to you and I cried at the same time you did when you said so Alisa, we are kindred spirits
Hi Phil & Jess Well done to both of you for putting the message out and being so re-assuring . We will continue to use your advise and support given by the team. Special thanks to you for the services you have provided myself and my family over the years and now also the next generation of “cruisers”. Also a thank you to Gillian who continues to deliver and is always a pleasure to talk to and help us on our travel plans Best wishes Russell, Ruth , our daughter Vicky & Carl, our grandchildren Charlie & Alyssa
The footage you have gotten is outstanding. This is a trip that we would love to take someday, and now we know a travel agent! Thanks for bringing us along!
When I visited the Church of the Nativity in 2015. The entire interior of the Church was covered in scaffolding. It was wonderful that you were able to see it fully restored.
Thanks again for sharing another awesome video. Living vicariously through your experiences and lenses. It gave us chills just watching. Two huge thumbs up!👍 👍
Totally enjoying your trip! In addition to the religious aspects, the history makes me think of humanity as a whole. Didn't expect to get philosophical LOL! What a trip of a life time!!
I was on pilgrimage last April. Your video brings back so many memories. I was also at that same olive wood store and remember seeing that beautiful nativity set!
@@jehadafaghani1418 um...no. Bethlehem is in Israel. Jesus was Jewish. Says so in the Bible . But you are free to believe the way that you choose, as am I. Have a blessed day

Beautiful! We went to the Holy Land 6 years ago...would love to go back. Tip...take $1 bills so you can grab a couple souvenirs those tours... Of course, try to get a tour that gives you some free time in the old city.
I love the holy land being a Christian for so long I feel close 2 God wen I’m. There. The church of the naivety is awesome especially the stable cave where Jesus was born!!!! I go to Bethlehem most yrs for a few days to see the cave where Jesus was born!!! I didn’t know it’s a Jewish site. Some Christians are mad at Starbucks instead of seeing it as an opportunity. We made our local Starbucks a prayer place. I’ve got handcrafted olive wood stuff. It’s awesome!!! I love olive wood as it reminds me of the Easter scene at the garden wiv the crushed olives. Not relle crushed but a symbol. Cedar trees live for thousands of yrs I’m not sure bout olive trees. I wouldn’t kiss them tho as my tradition doesn’t do that.
I’m going through the videos again, because we just booked a cruise very similar to this. It’s an NCL Cruise, that starts in Athens. We don’t go to Egypt, though. I’m so excited.
Your charm is irresistible!!😁 You look energetic.💪 You have a great smile. I love you!!😘 Now, the world can be a nasty crazy place out there, we need a lot of courage and we need a lot of resilience after that, and we will fall down before we stand up… What really matters is the silence of the night in our conscience, when we are alone. We cannot control what happens but we can use what happens. We have so much reserves of love and support inside us, if we can just remember that in our mind and move on.
I enjoyed the video so much. I watch all of your NCL videos. I’m going to Israel, Turkey and Santorini from Athens in October. What are the must things to visit? Thank you.
Such an amazing trip! I am not big on guided tours in most places but in this area they are great so you can get all of this history! Definitely see the Parthenon!!
Hii At Snap 05:55 minutes...you said it's expensive. ..Yess that's right ........Because the tour guide and the tourism company take a large commission from the sale percentage
I bet Christmas will be that bit more special now each year which we can sometimes lose the spirit of in today’s modern world. Everything portrayed so well.
I took this very same cruise with Globus last year! We toured through Greece then set sail to Africa (Egypt), Asia (Israel), Cyrus, and Turkey (our tour guide was Vasiliki). I took the late November early December tour. Please let us know if you created a Facebook page for this vacation. I took over 11 hours of video.
...Also, did you guys take any pictures or videos at Port Said in Egypt? That’s the only place I forgot to take any pictures or videos. If you did would you please upload them? I’d really appreciate it :-)
My 19 year old daughter is going to Israel with a group of people in November I believe. We are a Christian and our faith is very dear to us. I can’t say I’m not a little concerned though with all the terrorist stuff going on, did you feel safe there? I loved your video, by the way. Incredible.
We felt completely safe and would go back in a heartbeat! If she is with a group they will have guides who will keep them in the right places. She will have an amazing experience!!
An old man was met by St Peter at the gates of heaven. St Peter agreed to give this unbeliever a tour of Heaven. As they walked they passed a section on the left. That is for the Muslims and to the right are the Jews. They continued and the old man was astounded that all denominations and faiths had an area close to each other. Finally they arrived at a large wall and the old man asked if this was the border of Heaven. St Peter replied quietly, oh no, behind that wall are the Catholics and they think that they are the only ones here. No offense intended by this comment. Who really knows where mother Mary is buried.
No offense at all! Being raised Catholic I got a good chuckle for this. This was one thing that really got to me that all of the faiths worship so close to each other in Jerusalem.
Everyone needs salvation here are the words of salvation please forgive me jesus im a sinner come into my heart and save me from my sin I no that you are the savior and I no that you died for me on calvary and I no that God raise you from the dead and you are alive and I thankyou for your salvation in Jesus holy name amen and its important to always ask forgiveness everynight
Bethlehem is in Palestine, not Israel - according to everyone. If you can't get this simple fact right then I can't imagine the rest of the tour is factually accurate either.
Easy man it was our first time good grief! We crossed a border we get it now but at the time that was not disclosed to us during the tour so calm down and don’t be jumping to conclusions there Anthony! No need to get all up in arms about it...lol! We don’t hide our mistakes we learn from them so calm yourself down...lol! Cheers 🍻
