The Defense has no chance...
Defence - I know someone's got to do it. To be fair, he's done a pretty good job (more so, when one considers he's flown solo, throughout). But why, oh why does he have to be so bloody rude, arrogant and obnoxious?
That's one voice I shall NOT miss!

Chads lawyer is something else. Chad doesn't want anyone to make Tammy sound healthy and normal but I'm sorry we're beyond that. You're already going down for that Chad many expert witnesses. Chad his lawyers word is crap unfortunately. Chad should have just pleaded guilty... he already won't have a house... his children are on his side, his children's mother is rolling over in the grave, questioning what she raised. Tammy's children literally acted as if their own mother did not deserve justice. They are disgusting and I hope they live horrible lives...shame on them.... the only person(s) you expected to have their mothers back. I cry for Tammys suffering and what she went through. Chad was a Bitch of a husband. Rest in peace and I love you Tammy because your kids did not.
Prior didn’t make any headway by having the Dr. point out that Tylee’s limbs were not found. Eerie to think what may still be on the property.
A psychic said a long time ago that she saw her legs being eaten. I swear to God... watching this video freaked me out. The psychic was spot on seeing where the kids were buried and how Tylee was treated in detail..as well as Jjs death and Location.

Hey East Idaho News! Your header is incorrect, this is the Testimony of different people. The first lady is Tammy's Friend From the School they both worked at and it doesn't even start at the beginning of her testimony. This seems to be bits and pieces of different testimonies.
Listen a little farther in. It’s the right testimony 😊

Prior said “video games @ 3:00 in the afternoon” HE IS WRONG! Garth watched TH-cam until about 3:00 AM. He’s a terrible Attorney who tries to misstate evidence & deceive the jury. Disgusting! He was also very rude to several witnesses. He should go into personal injury or traffic ticket defense. PRIOR = EPIC FAIL! .
He repeatedly confuses text messages and emails. So I’m not surprised.

Garth called 911. As he was speaking, Chad took the phone and started talking. Could Garth have called, Chad returned (?from taking Alex ?), and tried to control the situation.
No, if Garth found his Mom dead when he got home from work that would’ve been closer to 1 am. 911 was called closer to 6am. I think Chad wanted Garth to make the 911 call & not to mention anything about her being on the floor (or half in/ half out of the bed). I think when Garth accidentally said too much, he panicked & handed the phone to Chad.

John Prior has not made any friends by his courtroom demeanour, his attempt at distancing his client and himself from the murders of the children through impersonal and detached language has only served to emphasise Daybell's callousness and greed.
Every person deserves a defence but Prior seems a weaselly bully.....just like his client.
I'm quite certain that sick simpleton Chad thinks it was funny to use the term "limbs" in that raccoon text...that he had an evil chuckle over the double meaning. He could have said "branches" or "tree prunings" but instead he used a word that also describes human arms and legs.
No sane person could believe in the defence in the context of two children, one of whom was burned and dismembered, buried on the Daybell property with all the hard evidence of Alex and Lori's constant communication with Chad..
Supervillain criminal hires supervillain defense attorney… Prior raises my ire just listening to his sneering tone and constant mischaracterisations of testimony. If anyone had a ‘punchable’ voice it’s him, UGH!

I wondered if defendants were in a less lighted part of the courtroom so cameras can’t get a good, clear image. Every other part is “light” and he’s in the “dark.” Inquiring minds want to know! 🧐🤨

The witness said there was a lot of fragments that lacked characteristics to identify as human. Will defense claim in closing that some of the fragments were raccoon??
Pallet wood is cheap an doesn't burn as hot as harder wood.
A single experiment doesn’t actually say anything scientifically.
