This is an amazing video, the flash cards helps me so much on my exams, everything about Level Up RN is an excellent resource for nursing students, new graduates and RN's. Thank you so much for all your help.
Thanks Cathy, I was mumbling to give report since English is the 2nd language as a new graduate nurse. I get back to you because I 've gotten a lot of help during my nursing school.
Thank you Kathy! New Grad RN here and I find myself prone to mumbling since English is my 2nd lang. 😬 Nervous starting this new grad program at your previous facility (?) 😀 Your videos on handoffs help a LOT! I'm gonna keep rewatching them!
Thank you for the info. I work with family practice providers. I do the acute and chronic care mgt. I work on emergencies as well as prevention and continuity of care. I try to note high risk patients. I find it can be challenging at times to have messages read by providers.....which is my version of report. I am respected enough thank God, that my recommendations are often followed... however..when there are warning signs..falls, recurrent ER visits..it's like pulling teeth at times to have providers initiate the need for referrals, appts or interventions to..prevent worsening conditions.. Any recommendations on how to encourage providers to ask questions, follow through and communicate better....with us nurses ? Lol....
Your video was very helpful! I’m a new grad nurse and having a hard time giving report. I had two question what did you mean when you said briefly describe hospital stay? Also for GI would you recommend adding anything else besides type of diet, or if NPO or aspiration risk? Thank you!
I screw up report so bad at clinical it's embarrassing. I go back & forth between what's realistic to cover. My teacher is so wishy washy of what she wants.
Hello, I always watching your video, it's really a great help! I would like to thank you! I'm a second-semester nursing student! I ordered notecards from your website order number 55849 on July 4, 2020, but I couldn't receive it as of today! If you have any idea please let me know! My last name is Assefa. Thank you again🥰
