Oh man, it's been so long since I quit martial arts (kickboxing). Now I am stiff as a stick. I hope that your teachings will help me to become more flexible again. The last time I tried it my way, I had to call the paramedics to unknot my legs again, haha. Wish me luck, Sensei!
