Thanks for sharing your trip to Guangzhou! Really brought back memories. I think I went to the same yum cha spot too. That cookie dough char siu bao looked amazing! 🤤 Now I am lau hau sui 😆
@@rachel4060 I can recommend this place for yumcha. You could try 2-3 different dimsum each time you visit. Usually they serve egg tarts or buns in a set of three so you may want to keep that in mind. Otherwise you’ll occasionally come across street food dimsum where they sell per piece. You’ll usually see a lot of steam at these street food places. maps.app.goo.gl/Y2kD9yygjDXndHvB9?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy
@@itswendydang Yea I was worried it would be 3/4 per plate :( was hoping someone knew if there are yum cha places where they give you a bunch of different things on a platter. I'm also going to have to eat a peking duck by myself and just gain a lot of weight on my trip haha 🤰
@@rachel4060 In this case, I recommend street food where they sell buns, siew mai, egg tarts individually. You can check out Beijing Road or Shang Xia Jiu Road

Watching these vlogs makes me homesick for some reason, but in a good way
Glad that it provides comfort to you!
Interesting to see chinese shopping malls😯 the half naked uncle 🙈
Tried my best to cover it lol
Do you think a small female solo traveller can eat yum cha alone?? Any recommendations for solo yum cha places??
