I’m surprised people are only realizing now that kieun has a lot of money. In her vlogs she often buys very expensive meals and more (not to shame her, no shame in having money but it’s surprising that people didn’t notice until now)

Kieun seems doing pretty well with managing her money, but some people think it’s sus (yes one of the comments actually says SUS)… LOL like they say her parents are rich vs Kieun supports her family as she is the main source of their income. Neither are true. Kieun comes from the immigrant family and her parents are not 100% financially dependent on her. They’ve been living in Northern VA since she was a teen. It’s not cheap to live there, but you also don’t have to be rich. Some people just don’t watch her vlogs and like to gossip.
Some people reaction to this new place is a little justified. Her last Seoul apt was a studio. The LA apt was a upgrade from the studio. The jump to a two story penthouse is big.Considering multiple influencers seem to live in this building as well. I could see why people have questions. Doesn't mean they need to receive an answer.

While I love transparency and talks about finance in general, I believe sharing that is up to the creator's comfort level! Past viewers know that you worked in corporate and there are plenty of other TH-camrs/content creators discussing their streams of income (TH-cam, sponsorships, etc.) so those asking about finances can look elsewhere and get a general idea. If you're not up for discussing it on your channel (though, I'd watch that too), I hope you don't feel pressured by those asking. You work hard and deserve to be compensated! Congrats on your success.

It made me so sad to see your cheerful and loving interactions and call with your dad. I hope you treasure such moments. Last week was my dad's 7 year deathaversary and today would've been his 58th birthday. Although it doesn't get easier, it helps seeing other people appreciate and love their parents, like you do, Kieun.🤗

Some white furniture pieces would work great with silver and gold as accents to finish off the interior. You've already got a head start with the lovely gold Christmas decorations on the tree. Whatever you decide to decorate with will be fantastic as your style looks so on point. Just get what you like as well as need for your space. That advice I got years back has never steered me wrong.

I think it's wonderful to support your parents financially. Parents feel a duty to look after their children so although some may feel grateful for the support it's better for them that these matters are kept private in case they may feel embarrassed as their friends and other family may occasionally tune in to your channel. Just discovered your channel! I resonate with so many things in your video. Not being able to think clearly in a messy space, needing days to recover from having 2+ appointments in one day and turning 30! I just turned 30 in June and I felt like I was having an existential crisis the year leading up and honestly am still coming to terms with it lol. I was always the youngest in my family and friends circle and now I'm finding that so many friends I'm making are younger and it makes me feel old. I keep telling myself it is NOT old. It's just a number. These years are great cause we're young but wiser!

@@lalalalasush i stayed loyal to one company and worked my way up. I was intentional about getting promoted. I also maximized all of the company benefits. Education, health, investments ect. Then when my career grew stagnant I made the move to go out on my own. It's not for everyone but my job gave me the qualities I needed to be confident enough to be my own boss!

I can relate to how your anxiety manifests, with a loss of appetite. Back when I was in uni, I always lost a bunch of weight and got really sick every year during our final exams. I'm so glad that part of my life is over, but it taught me to eat little things throughout the day - during the times I felt extremely anxious about something, because the thought of a large meal made me sick.

I always lowkey wondered about finances (but never asked obv) but then when you said you work in IT a couple years ago I was like oh yep got it. IT is the field to be in right now. Also I don’t think people realize that youtube can become a huge source of income if managed right. Not from ads/subscribers but partnerships with brands. You go girl boss!
