Promote Kellen Moore to HC and let one of the assistant OC's take over Kellen's role. Kellen can still basically run the offense.

And if we don't get the three yards for first down, simply do a tush push at 4th and 1 or 4th and 2 get the first down and then kill the clock. That would have been the logical thing to do Secondly, that interception that Jalen hurts had against the saints in the Red zone was a devonta Smith slant route in the end zone while the saints defense was lined up in a zone formation, you never call a slant route in the middle of a defensive zone formation, especially in the Red zone. You're asking for the ball to be intercepted. That's all coaching decisional issues.
