I love doing hidden connectors, I think they look really smart. This is a slightly different method than the ones I’ve tried before, I will definitely give it a go! It is good to have you back, I enjoy watching your tutorials, thank you 😊
Deb that demonstration was brilliant. First time attempting hidden connectors. I did a practice attempt first which was just as well as I got it wrong. Managed to do them and they look OK. Many thanks.
Thank you I often worry with my menopausal brain if I make sense its good to know I did. Glad you enjoyed the video and thank you for taking the time to comment x
Thank you for this video. I have been nervous to try this method purely based on the amount of strain and weight that is carried by the strap. Adding a rivet gives extra confidence. Much appreciated.
My strap connector is 1 1/2” wide. The center line is 3/4”. So if I mark 3/4” from the center I don’t get the triangular looking shape. Could it be 1/4” from the center mark instead of 3/4”?
You would need to adjust the measurements to accommodate the 1 and a half inches if you mark your bottom line at 1.5" and your top line 1.25 but centred so it's even you should get the triangle shape

Thank you so much so very grateful 😊 x
can this be done on woven fabric
Not really as the fabric in the opening would fray 🤔
