Can I add multiple mods to the same edits folder? Or do I have to make a completely different folder for each mod?

@@tristandaley6358 as many as you want! Copy xml files and add then as another storeItem in the modDesc.

Steam does use a different place, depending on where you make it install. Folder can be opened through steam properties > installed files > browse
