I HATE this fight. I had Anon down and only 3 of his little robo buddies left and they do such an unfair amount of damage I lost last second. This, the one shot challenge, and pocket racing can all go to hell.
I actually managed to win without spamming heat action, in fact, I rarely use heat action. All of the characters are maxed out, and I don't have the DLC. Quite surprised tbh lol
The only BS Amon fight so far imo is the one in 7. That one was torture to actually get to, much less fight. It got even more BS with the shadow summons phase of the Tojo trio
It's in the Yakuza skill tree. Scroll to the bottom and you'll find an ability that costs 2mil. Only can be activated when you're low on health though.
This one took you 5 hours?? That's weird to me, I used your video to get the idea to beat the 3rd kings hell team battle, and THAT took me about 3 hours, but when I got to this battle using the exact same everything, I beat this on my 8th attempt and didn't find it all that hard.

Had to change gear, wasn’t working for me.
how did you put your hp in low ?
Fight a match and lose or quit out when low hp.
