    These quarantine times don't allow us to train, but they do let us work on our own movement mechanics.
    Check out this sequence of movement that begins on the hands and knees and progressively works through the most important principles of the Kimura from closed guard.
    When you get good at these your jiu jitsu technique can improve with you.
