    Eating healthy is so expensive. I'd like to use them both but that's too much. That's a new monthly bill. This is why we can't beat obesity and/or maintain good health. Thank you for this video.

      I couldn’t agree more. This design is certainly intentional to keep us sick because these major corporations can’t make a profit off a consciously healthy community and the small companies who provide us with a product full of organic & clean ingredients have to pay so much for their products so they have to charge us alot to make a profit. It’s a never ending cycle.
      That’s why I started growing my own food. Anything I can grow I’m my zone is what I’m growing.
      But if you want to give Ryze a try I do have a discount code that saves your 15%….use code LINAT15 at checkout. Hopefully I’ll have a discount for MUD/WTR soon.

      Eating healthy isn’t really that expensive if you stick to basics like chicken breast and basic veggies. Buy enough chicken for the entire week and meal prep. Cardio and exercise is also a must.

I once tried “Organic Instant Coffee Powder by Four Sigmatic | Arabica Instant Coffee Singles with Lion's Mane, Chaga and Rhodiola | Mushroom Coffee Instant Mix for Better Focus and Immune Support” and I really liked it. Yes, I am considering Mudwater. Reading the reviews most said it settles at the bottom of your cup and that’s concerning to me. But eventually I would like to convert to a mushroom coffee and get away from the excessive caffeine in Coffee

    • @livingandlearningwithlina
      @livingandlearningwithlina  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @joyceknox127 I’ve noticed with both that some will settle at the bottom of the cup. I think what’s important is making sure that you have a proper water to powder ratio, and making sure that it’s dissolved all the way. But since you’re putting powder directly into water and it’s not being steeped or brewed with a filter like a regular tea or coffee, there’s gonna be some settling in the bottom of the cup.

    Have you heard of Thesis nootropics? I’m currently debating between the theee (Mud/Wtr, Ryze, and Thesis.) I don’t drink coffee, never enjoyed the taste. My caffeine intake is ice T or a diet soda. I’m looking for something to help with energy, focus, and of course mushrooms. (Lions tale mostly)

      Hey Erica. Unfortunately I have not heard of Thesis so I couldn’t give my opinion on that. If you don’t like the taste of coffee then definitely go with one of Mud/Wtrs items. I love the entire line and the Rise & Matcha both have helped with energy and focus the Rest & Gold is something I would only recommend as a wind down in the evening.
      I notice after consistently drinking the Rise from MUD\WTR I can stay up later and still pop up early in the rising without feeling groggy. I’ve also noticed I can literally do so much during my day and still be going at the end of the day. Lolz. Like a little energizer bunny 😂🐰….

    Mud water was the choice for me just for the overall benefits that the ingredients provide. For that coffee taste I just add a a teaspoon of Maxwell with flavored oat milk or silk almond for that creamy taste. Sometimes I add a scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder as an alternative too to lesson the calories. You have to play with different concoctions to see what works for you.

      Ryze takes like coffee because it has coffee in it but not nearly as much coffee as regular coffee. MUD\WTR taste like chai tea/ no coffee. Very very small amount of caffeine from the Chai Black Tea. If your wanting to avoid caffeine id recommend MUD\WTR.

  • @ryankear4011
    @ryankear4011 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    Would it defeat the purpose of either if you decreased your amount of regular black coffee, no creamers, and just added MUD/WTR or Ryze? I think I like the sound/thought of MUD/WTR but would like to continue drinking coffee as well but would that messwith the benefits?

    • @livingandlearningwithlina
      @livingandlearningwithlina  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If your wanting to add it to regular black coffee no artificial creamer no artificial sugar (honey n other natural sugar is ok) then I would say go for it. I add a scoop of Ryze to my organic black coffee sometimes. I do not recommend adding the mud/water chai to your coffee, it doesn’t taste that good.
      If your looking for just the mushrooms I know MUD\WTR has a “mushroom boost”which is just the mushrooms.
      Or u can just go w/ Ryze and drink that black since it already is organic coffee+mushroom or add Ryze your coffee for a stronger flavor.
      But make sure ur coffee is organic otherwise u risk the chance of pesticides.

    I'm confused as what was the initial reason to move from coffee. It sounds like when you moved from coffee, you also let go of the creamers which sounds like is the unhealthy part of coffee, then you transition back to a caffeine base product. So which was the problem? The coffee or the creamer you put in it? - I have transitioned out of any type of milk, creamer or sugar in my coffee, I drink it black with no sugar, so I'm wondering if this is going to make a difference at all.

    • @livingandlearningwithlina
      @livingandlearningwithlina  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hello there great question! My original transition from regular coffee with the Creamer was mostly due from a severe breakout of eczema and bloating and I couldn’t figure out the root of the issue so I quit everything cold Turkey. I enjoyed the mud, but unfortunately just couldn’t afford it + the fact that I simply missed coffee & Mud is more expensive than Ryze.
      As time progressed and I healed my gut Microbiome, my eczema went away, and as I continued to learn more about the benefits of clean organic coffee along side Adaptogenic mushrooms, I decided to give Ryze a try.
      Overall, the issue was never coffee. The issue was non-organic coffee of which was sprayed with pesticides in combination with highly processed fake creamer that was destroying my gut and throwing my hormones off balance.
      Once I transitioned to Ryze, which is organic coffee in combination with organic adaptogenic mushrooms, and I paired that with raw honey, I never had another break out.

    This might be a stupid question but what kind of drinks like this can kids drink so they are putting healthy stuff in their bodies too... I know this has little caffeine we don't let our kids have any caffeine but juices and stuff are so full of sugar so I'm just curious like if we are working on healthier intake we want that for our children too... so just curious can kids have something like this or is there anything on the market more kid friendly ? 😅

    • @livingandlearningwithlina
      @livingandlearningwithlina  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey 👋🏽 so I love the question. I’m not to sure if it’s recommended to give children Adaptogenic mushrooms considering the mushrooms have a natural ability to balance hormones and lower cortisol levels. W/ that being said since kids are consistently growing and their hormones balances are ever changing I personally wouldn’t want to give my kids anything that will alter the natural process their bodies are going through. However I personally do give them a sip of Mud/Wtr from time to time and I haven’t noticed any difference in their overall mood.
      As far as suggestions I make homemade juice with my Nama2 juicer and I’ve been doing this since my kids were born. It’s natural, organic, & the juice is loaded with natural vitamins & minerals w/ out preservatives & junk.
      Like yourself I do work a lot so I usually take 1 hour out of 1 day and make like 3-4 juices which last 3-4days in the fridge; 3 months frozen. Then I repeat the process again once it’s gone.
      Maybe consider juicing for your kids. It’s a super easy way to get their daily greens in a natural concentrated way.
      Hope this helps!

    So for gut bloatness mud water better?

    • @livingandlearningwithlina
      @livingandlearningwithlina  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Correct; I noticed when just drinking mudwtr (only) that the bloating went away entirely but when I started to incorporate 1 cup of Ryze into my rising routine the bloating still was minimal to none. Took about 2 months to notice a drastic change (but I also started eating healthier as well)
      I have to keep in mind that the bloating comes from other things I consume so if I decide to eat something I know will cause bloating then I will experience some but when I get my diet back on track; the bloating goes away within 2-3 days with me continuing to drink both (1 cup of Ryze and maybe 1 cup of MUD\WTR Matcha, Rise, Gold, or Rest midday/ evening)
      I honestly love the entire MUD\WTR line for a mid-day / evening beverage. Ryze only for the morning.
      Hope this helps.
