Wow! My kids and I were just talking about this because my 12-year-old really wanted me to buy popsicles at the store the other day. I told him store-bought ones have too many unhealthy ingredients in them. So this came right in time! Yay! My kids and I can’t wait to try out all three! Seriously, Mama needs that popsicle mold! 🤩 Thanks so much for these recipes! God bless you❣️🤗🙏🏻

I use a Sauce Master food strainer and the filter lets all the pulp through but pulls out the skins seeds and pits. It makes perfect popsicles. My backyard is a food forest with a few dozen fruit and berry trees but hundreds of berry bushes. I was trying to figure out a way to eat all this stuff, and popsicles looks like the best.

Very nice to see your popsicles. Thank you for sharing your recipes with us. One tip for those people using plastic or metal moulds. To remove the popsicles more easily, put the mould in warm water. The popsicles will come out more easily. I have silicone and stainless steel moulds, so I agree with you, silicone is a little easier. Keep up the good work.

It would've been a good idea I think to demonstrate taking the popsicle out of the mold after discussing how difficult the other molds were to work with so we can see how well this new one works. I also think it may be a good idea to place the mold on a cookie sheet or something similar to make it more stable and easier to transport to the freezer after filling it.

    • @thedomesticgeek1

I still have a couple of old school plastic molds and will hold on to them for a while longer. Since each mold has four wells, releasing all at once is unavoidable... but wrapping the remaining uneaten ones in plastic wrap or parchment may work. Place them into a freezer bag then pop the popsicles back in the freezer.
After posting, I recalled setting aside silicone molds for donation but will retrieve them to try again using your recipes. The popsicles I made turned out like iceberg chunks, numbing my mouth and hurting my teeth.
