Jealous of the Microscope! Actually I did differentials many many years ago as lab tech in service. Ended up in bacteriology. When doing the blood smear do properly is the key, fanned out correctly as read towards the further thin edge, for correct counts. Took me awhile to make proper blood smear, practice made perfect. Nice informative video. Well Done!

Thin- it's called the "feathered edge". If the cells are piling on each other, it's too thick. Look for 2-5 wbcs per field
