We like to see it all Hayden this was a really great video everybody works well together so well thanks for all of the video thats what it takes to move to the next field keep them coming
You need those plastic spouts from deere on your bin drains ...one flip of the latch and stuff runs out and it doesn't run on your left side shields then
Outstanding and thank you for the inner workings details. I've run a JD 9770 harvesting corn, 17 seasons, for my family buds in Iowa but never knew or needed to know about settings.
Great informative video of you making all the changes, but in this day & age of technology you would think that JD & Case etc could make a system to make life much easier than struggling with those concaves. Have a safe road trip and looking forward to corn & bean harvest.
Watching you replace the feeder chain reminds me of changing the pickup belt and dirt chain on an almond "pickup" machine. I would like to know a little more about the extra stuff that goes along with harvest. Do you eat out or does someone cook for you all? How many travel trailers do you have for housing? you and your mom are combine drivers, Cody is Grain cart. what does your dad and john do?
Eating wise it varies… most of the time we cook in the campers but other times we will go out and eat. We have 3 campers (my parents, mine, and the hired hands) dad and john both drive trucks. In North Dakota we bag most of it so we only ran one truck and dad helped with breakdowns and moving fields but normally he and john are driving trucks.
Great Channel I started on a John Deere 55. With all the new features a long way from No cab and 12 foot header. Question How do you measure so exact to be left with a forty foot cut at the end
Another informative, and well put together video ! so, thank you for your efforts. Would love to operate that "pete" for you guys next season. 4g is a cool gig 🙂👍🍺🍷❤️
Getting parts had been bad since Covid. I’d say it’s been li g enough since that nonsense happened they should have all parts back in stock by now. We have had trouble getting things as well from Deere. Case ih as well.
We aren’t going home we are going to our next job. The harvest run is only halfway over we are just starting fall harvest which could last until November then we will go home. Thanks for the safe travels!
The countryside is so calm and perfect for farming.
Happy Easter 🐇🐣🐇🐣🐇🐣🐇!!!!
I love how everyone working on changing the feeder house chain is wearing a hoodie and the local guy (I think) is wearing a tee shirt.

Hi Hayden we started planting wheat this week
Nice!
Enjoyed the video with all that goes on with changing from wheat to corn and soybeans. Keep up the videos.
Would be a good time to have a question and answer with mom and dad, get some company history and such , maybe

I wish I had that peterbilt
Hi Hayden where is your corn headers ?
When we loaded our combina we lowered tire pressure then chained down we we inflated the tires to top pressure after chained down
I have seen videos where they drop the old feeder chain out then fish the new one in. I always wondered why they didn’t do it they way you guys did.
Do you need a Permit when you transport the Combine on the Truck ?
Depending on the state yes

Hi 👋
When you buy a combine new does it come with both sets of concaves ?
An upgrade to MAD concaves would sure simplify the process, and they do a much better job than JD OEM.
Do you change your feederhouse position? Arms on both sides of the feederhouse.
Do y’all own your own header for corn or does the farmer provide them
Hey... where do the other 2 headers come from? Texas or are they where you are?
Best regards from Denmark.

so, thank you for your efforts.

How many hours per year do you put on a combine?
Could you like make a timeline on a map where harvest started for you this year and where its ending?
Its ok if you just do a quick Status Post and go away a few days. Just stay in touch with us. 😊
Is Emma from ND?
