I'm probably the only one that feels this way, but Ichi and *the* Zatoichi remind me of certain creatures. How they put their swords away every couple of swings and then strike again faster than their opponents. For some reason, their swords (and skills, of course) remind me of scorpions.
Dude she's a black belt karate girl. And this kind of sword fighting is not a samurai style, it's a ninja fighting style. The way she's handling her sword is very different.
@@kakkoishonen if you watch toshiro mifune and Shintaro Katsu both "actors" play their roles as Samurai very well ( of course they have good martial arts instructors) The point is if you want to "make a role or play a believable character then more or wise training is needed" I watched the whole ICHI movie just because of her and but her sword play scene needs more practice otherwise it would have been an amazing movie to watch!
It's absolutely awful with out subtitles besides that 2 many things out of sync and there's no blood on her sword after a kill and her face is deadpan unlike ichi's booming smile
