It's a "Halligan" Bar - The one used in the video is called the "ProBar" made by K-Tool. Another excellent bar is the LeatherHead Halligan - Which is designed slightly differently to further enhance its performance. Regardless of the make and model of Halligan you would want a bar that's 30 inches long.

The ProBar is made by K-Tool the Leatherhead is also a great Halligan Bar - Slightly heavier, but more refined working ends
