Just make sure to explain well what you are going to do, why you want to do it and how you are going to achieve it. And they might even support you when you want to do things you will most likely never achieve (becoming a succesfull youtuber, a proffessional athelete, a actor who can pay their bills etc.)

That's very likely why Hololive can get singing talent that rivals the biggest recording labels, because by giving them the chance of being vtubers, they are able to tap into a pool of talent of shy, sometimes introverted, people that would never even think of auditioning for some big talent agency if they knew they had to perform in front of a crowd and cameras all the time.
