Omw , I also have food trauma from boarding school ... There's food that I can't eat now or slowly learning to eat because nah it just wasn't it.. Love this series already !
Thanks for watching, Tariro! I hope there were also meals that left a positive mark on you! To think I used to assume that the grass was greener at other boarding schools ... delusion lol.
Thank you for watching, Ousman! The school was Bryden Country School in Chegutu, Zimbabwe. It's been over 10 years and so much has changed about the school - I hear they offer full-boarding now!
@@LamiaFarah Thanks. I've checked it out. It's a beautiful school with impressive facilities and ethos. The children look happy and loved. Zimbabwe is blessed to have so many brilliant schools. Oh, and the slices of bread are now smaller. I think there's now a cutting machine or they're now buying sliced bread. I watched this from the school: th-cam.com/video/eSXKDLEUsnk/w-d-xo.html
Live tweeting for the win!!! Appreciate your student-dietitian opinion, Thandie! Are there studies indicating that cutting bread in quarters makes it easier to digest? (I'm trolling lol)
Oh my goodness..I went to primary school with you guys. I had forgotten about this…I just remembered the boiled cabbage 😷 not a memory I wanted to remember 🤣

Beautiful and positive school experience in Zimbabwe. What was the name of the school? My future children are going there!
