I’m a HUGE wicked fan! So much so that I named one of my kitties Elphaba. I think OPI did a really great job at nailing the theme with the colors and finishes. I’ll definitely be picking up several of these, especially the greens! 💚💚💚💚💚
I like them all, including that yellow, except the last sheer pink. I agree with you that the goldish polish looks best as a topper. Thanks for the review!
Love the red♥️, metallic green💚, and hot pink🩷. Fun collaboration with Wicked. Love the musical and can’t wait to see the film version of it in November. Thanks for swatching 😊
These are so pretty 😍! Thank you for swatching. I love the red cream, the metallic green, and Oh for Oz Sake because it seems to have a really pretty green sheen to it. 🤩
Wow! OPI really nailed it with the theme. This collection is based on the movies that is based on the Broadway musical. Love the green, red, and the blue. The last that you swatches, you can do with nail art. Thank you for the review.
This collection is nice for the most part. I can see myself wearing any of these at some point. I do like some more than others, but there aren’t any that I really don’t like. TFS!
My sister likes a very sheer polish so she may be in luck with the pink one!😂 I love all OPI reds and that blue cream is gorgeous. Thanks for the review!
I liked the collection I am dying to see the movie I cannot wait!!! The hot pink looks very unique to me and there are two or three that I know I need too!! Thank you for another great and honest review ❤
Great collection. They probably brought them out early because the movie comes out in November. I plan on picking up the dark green metallic and the bright pink one. Thank you for reviewing this collection.
I like Witch O'Clock, I'm The Wonderfullest, Glinda The Good, Let's Rejoicify, and Ga-linda. I was so excited to see a Wicked collection coming out. I love the books... I was making plans to go see the Broadway show when the world shut down in 2020 and unfortunately still haven't been to see it. I'm a big fan of all things OZ. I still have polishes from OPI's Oz: The Great & Powerful collection from 2013 and of course the classic China Glaze Wizard of Ooh Ahz collection.
Webcookie, Do try as much as possible to go see the Broadway musical, WICKED! It is amazing! I saw it and was so happy I had the opportunity. The play is so well done, the story is excellent and surprising and the singing….awesome!!! You won’t be sorry you did!♥️
Witch O’Clock (gorgeous!), Oz-mazing (I prefer it alone), Fiyero’s My Mani, Deflying Gravity, Nessa-Ist Rose, Love You So Munchkin (looove it), Ozitivy Elphaba, Oh, for Oz Sake, and Glinda the Good! are my favorites. Thank you for the beautiful swatches! I do want to pick up a few💃🏿
Obsessed with metallics and pearls right now. For the longest time it was chalky pinks that were my go to, besides French mani. I like the way the collection looks all together I think because it’s kind of unexpected, the thumbnail drew me because it looked unusual, in a good way. I thot it was a fall collection until u said Holiday 😆
I love the red and the one that's close to royal blue. It would be nice if you explore in the swatches 3 coats and sheer nail polishes over black to see what it looks like.
Oooh I really like Let's Rejoicify, Oz-mazing, I'm the Wonderfulist, and Ozitizely Elphaba. Ga-linda is interesting too. I believe I have something similar to Love You So Munchkin already. Can't get them all though as OPI isn't the cheapest brand, argh. I love the amount of shimmers in this collection, shimmers are basically all I wear. Honestly I'm more excited for the movie than the nail polish; been waiting for a more accessible version of the stage show for forever.
I love the way metallics look, but at nearly 60 years of age, they can be garish on my old lady hands. I use them but sparingly but often on my toes. Love that metallic blue! Love Ga-Linda. I would wear that either with just one coat as a bit of jazz on bare nails or as a topper.
I saw this play so long ago I think my son was in preschool lol. I like 3, I'm done getting whole collections anymore. I'm disappointed in the Glinda polish thought it would be more sparkly.
Hi! I was wondering if you have and would be able to let me know if the witch o’clock green is similar to opi envy the adventure and also if ozitively elphaba is similar to Zoya Regina.
I do enjoy metallic sometimes but my nail plates must be perfect for that. No peeping, no imperfections, otherwise It drives me crazy and I will take it off right away. As for this collection, its ok, I acutely like the white, sheer one. Love the blue flash that it has, the yellow leaning ones, its a no for sure haha
I was thinking the other day that maybe OPI hasn't changed their brushes bcs they are mainstream. But then I remembered that Essie, Orly and Morgan Taylor are mainstream and they have nice brushes. *Sigh*. Anyway, overall I liked this collection! Thank you ❤
Ooh, I really want the Elphaba and Glinda colors. Not really sure why, but I find the name Deflying Gravity to be kind of annoying, since the song is Defying Gravity. I assume that the polish name is easier to trademark or something?
It’s too bad “ga-linda” is so sheer, because I prefer that over the hot pink… Buy overall it looks like they did a good job with the colors and names! Love the darker sparkly ones!
With the exception of the metallic green... These polishes are just more of the same from OPI... Lots of repeat shades in the Wicked collection either from a recent collection from earlier this year and last year or repeats from their standard shades... If someone is into nail polish then they probably already have these shades in their collection
Thanks for showing this collection. I missed a comment about the brushes. With some colors, the brush seemed a little frayed and not easy to handle. For me, this is an important reason that speaks against OPI. Apart from that, I don't find the collection that interesting and, above all, not particularly creative - there have been better ones.
As a collector I’ve always loved metallic polishes because they age well, if that makes sense. When I first got into nail polish the cheap metallics were the best quality for your money and don’t dry up like glitters. I have LA Colors and Sinful Colors metallics ($1-$2 each) that are over 10 years old and still beautiful. I add thinner to some and let others thicken with time which makes them perfect for stamping and nail art.
Is this opi's halloween collection? Or do you mean it is their "Holiday"collex, as in Christmas/Hanukkah/New Year, etc one? Not a fan of these colors if for Holiday, but as Halloween it is ok, I guess....but not good colors on my med olive neutral skin tone. Blech on me.
You need red un a holiday collection. Pink doesn't make sense. To me if you wear pink at the holidays then you can wear any color anytime as pink is not holiday
So disappointed in this collection. The plum is gorgeous but the frosty ones and yellow, nope. I do have to say the whole thing is confusing. Wicked? I get most of the names but a holiday collection? Do they mean Halloween as a holiday? If this is their Christmas one, I'll pass. I love actual Christmas collections with the colors and the names that go together. This seems like they sat in the boardroom and just threw a bunch of random ideas together....yeah let's combine Wicked and Christmas! ha ha And it's SEPTEMBER! LOL
I'm not feeling this collection at all. It's really blah in my opinion. I'm usually a fan of OPI however, not this collection. I appreciate your swatches though.
I am a sucker for these “barely there” polishes.
I’m not but I know a ton of people are. I can see why! It’s just not for me.
I’m a HUGE wicked fan! So much so that I named one of my kitties Elphaba. I think OPI did a really great job at nailing the theme with the colors and finishes. I’ll definitely be picking up several of these, especially the greens! 💚💚💚💚💚
Good to hear they did well with the theme! It wouldn’t have been fair for me to comment on it because I know nothing about Wicked.
Absolutely love the collection
I like them all, including that yellow, except the last sheer pink. I agree with you that the goldish polish looks best as a topper. Thanks for the review!

Loved the greens too!

I agree that red was bomb on her
Thank you 💜
@@Lianabel2485 👍
I love metallics. That green metallic is gorgeous! I will need to get that one. Thanks for the review.
The green metallic is so good!
I like the red, blues, burgundy, green metallic, and white!
💜💜💜
They definitely nailed the names and the colors!
This collection is nice for the most part. I can see myself wearing any of these at some point. I do like some more than others, but there aren’t any that I really don’t like. TFS!

I really enjoy your review, good articulation. Thank you 🙏
Thank you 💜
I love the emerald and the dark purple 😍
💜💜💜
My sister likes a very sheer polish so she may be in luck with the pink one!😂 I love all OPI reds and that blue cream is gorgeous. Thanks for the review!
💜💜💜
Love love love. Love Wicked and OPI, and these colors are def some I will be purchasing!
I’m currently seeking the whole collection for $65. 😂
Thanks so much for the swatches… loving the metallic plum and the hot pink 🥰
💜💜💜
I have never clicked on a video so fast😂😂 let’s go - I’m so ready to see all these shades❤
😂😂
I liked the collection
I am dying to see the movie I cannot wait!!!

I thought it had something to do with the movie!
I like the metallic green and the Pink!
Thanks for the swatches! I love the Fiyero
💜💜💜

Haha you’re right, it does seem like a Halloween collection. I wish they would have just named it that instead of saying it was a holiday collection.
I adore metallics😍
Me too!
I love the red and the one that's close to royal blue. It would be nice if you explore in the swatches 3 coats and sheer nail polishes over black to see what it looks like.
I ordered mine from the same place but i orderd like 5 shades i love the dark brugendy one
That one is very nice!
That vibrant blue and metallic green 🤩
How do you file your nails? I like the nail shape you use.
Just straight across. I have a video showing how I file them. th-cam.com/video/996Ewh4WH7w/w-d-xo.htmlsi=YYoZYICzXv_wUsrb
She does have beautiful nails and nailbed
Oooh I really like Let's Rejoicify, Oz-mazing, I'm the Wonderfulist, and Ozitizely Elphaba. Ga-linda is interesting too. I believe I have something similar to Love You So Munchkin already. The greens are really nice and the red purple shade, the rest I could take or leave but green and purple are my favorite colors.
Omg!! Literally saw these in my local sally beauty earlier today, but decided not to get any bc I wanted to see swatches
💜💜💜
I love the way metallics look, but at nearly 60 years of age, they can be garish on my old lady hands. I use them but sparingly but often on my toes. Love that metallic blue! Love Ga-Linda. I would wear that either with just one coat as a bit of jazz on bare nails or as a topper.

My mother is almost 80 and wears all kind of crazy color polishes. She doesn't care and often gets compliments on her colors by younger people.
I saw this play so long ago I think my son was in preschool lol. I like 3, I'm done getting whole collections anymore. I'm disappointed in the Glinda polish thought it would be more sparkly.
Do you have Morgan Taylor Bad to the Bow to compare to Ozitively Elphaba?
I don’t, sorry!
Hi! I was wondering if you have and would be able to let me know if the witch o’clock green is similar to opi envy the adventure and also if ozitively elphaba is similar to Zoya Regina.
Ah I’m sorry I don’t have that OPI shade. I’ll have to check if I have the Zoya.
Is the white pearly one an opalescent- or is it the light/camera effect?
I saw some pink in there!
@@naillacquertherapy that's funny, I saw blue 😅
I do enjoy metallic sometimes but my nail plates must be perfect for that. No peeping, no imperfections, otherwise It drives me crazy and I will take it off right away. WHEN has OPI not done a red for holiday ???? I dare you to find a year!!! Sometimes they do 2-3!!! Also go see wicked or read it. So cool!!
Not me thinking this was a Halloween collection and not a winter holiday collaboration lmao
😂😂
Not a pink lover for the holidays. I’m a traditional girl, reds/sgreens❤️
Same here!
I was thinking the other day that maybe OPI hasn't changed their brushes bcs they are mainstream. But then I remembered that Essie, Orly and Morgan Taylor are mainstream and they have nice brushes. *Sigh*. Anyway, overall I liked this collection! Thank you ❤

I thought I got the spelling wrong but nope, that’s what it says on my bottle.
the collection looks... fine.... I'm really bothered by the smooth caps on these though!! SO hard to grip
Yes they can be hard to open!
It’s too bad “ga-linda” is so sheer, because I prefer that over the hot pink… Buy overall it looks like they did a good job with the colors and names! Love the darker sparkly ones!

No it’s too early for me too.
Yes a couple of the brushes had some bristles sticking out. I didn’t really mention it because it’s an easy fix.
As a collector I’ve always loved metallic polishes because they age well, if that makes sense. Yes! I am big on metallics!
Love the first green, maybe the second too. Second blue is not great, the rest....meh.
