I grew up watching the DVDs of Friends and have noticed that on the Blu-Rays as well as HBO Max, they edit it down and take out some hilarious scenes that I enjoyed on the DVD's. For example in this scene, after Rachel deletes the message, she tries to recreate the message in a British accent saying, "Hello, Ross. This is Rachel...EMILY! My God, what is it with those two names?!" They should've kept that line in. :(
Yes! Unfortunately, when they remastered and adapted the entire series from the original films to 1080p video, they did stick to the syndicated (reduced) version. And the remastered version is the one we see in all Full HD streaming services today.

That message got deleted by mistake, Rachel was arguing with Monica not to delete it. And after that Rachel herself told Ross about Emily's message.

I guess Ross was concerned for the child they had and also wanted Rachel back with him so he deleted the message
Meanwhile Rachel wanted Ross and Emily to break up but she didn't want to get rid of the message it was an accident

The difference is that Rachel deleted it by accident, felt terrible about it, and then literally waited for Ross to get home to tell him that Emily left a message. Meanwhile, Ross twice (once in the earlier seasons and another time after they had a baby) completely hid from Rachel the fact that guys called her.
Poor Ross, so depressed yet so optimistic still.

Monica calling someone else neurotic is ironic. None of them gave Emily a chance to be nice. They’ve been disrespectful to her since the wedding. And Emily blaming Rachel was stupid. The only one to blame was Ross. It was obvious he was still hung up on Rachel otherwise who the hell says the wrong name?! It must’ve been so embarrassing and devastating for her to be disrespected at her own wedding in front of all her friends and family. Man, Ross was so toxic!
