There is something so special about this documentary. The narration, the clips of the then current Montreal Canadiens, the four stories and vintage film and the melancholic musical score is a odd snapshot of the time 1985-86 season. That film clip during the Lafleur section where we see Lemaire shoot the puck into the corner where the defenceman Lapointe back hands it to the great Steve Shutt who knocks it out of the air and right to Number 10 Guy Lafleur who buries it into the Boston goal is one of the greatest series of plays to a goal.🤗
Yeah ,I recorded it also in Feb 85. Joliet lol what a character.still smoking cigarettes. Laughing his ass off when he says Lalonde knocked him out cold. Lol tabernak
@@daveyboy_ I'm just being a bit anal but it was broadcast in Feb 1986.. I hope you don't mind the correction. I also recorded it on VHS and transfered it to dvd-r many years ago If my memory serves me well that night I was at the Canucks game vs. Montreal in Vancouver.... I still enjoy watching this from time to time. 😎👍
Merci!!!!!!!!
