Tried CBD broad spectrum oil first time today for my arthritic knees. Gotta say- so far it's worked better and more quickly than any Rx tried. Impressed.
I use sublinqual oil for chronic OA. Currently recovering from a hand surgery with another one coming up. 59yo male, 36yrs as a software engineer, and plenty of old sports injuries. Also, depr/anxiety/sleep issues - just for context. As chronic pain and depr/anx are closely related, I'm finding that a quality CBD oil is helping greatly.
Wonderful interview. Very informative and natural. Thank you very much. I am just waiting for Germany to make up its mind eventually before I open up my stores and little farm 🙏❤
I have a bulge disc in my L5 disc along with 2 Pinched nerves, which causes severe Sciatica nerve pain on my left side, as well as I'm always in pain. The pain level only increases when l get up from laying down...... what kind of CBD should take and anything I should rub on my back, any recommendation? Haven't used any form of CBD before
Frankincense oil rubbed in with castor oil helped my sciatica pain. Worth a try. Castor oil helps inflammation - just get a good kind - & frankincense is known for pain (myrrh, too, but costs more)
I am in horrible pain right now, and I can't find any doctor who can see me today. My back was broken in 2007, and then the VA hospital said I had to have invasive surgery. I have what looks like hinges and screws in my lower back. I also have degenerative osteoporosis everywhere. The VA clinic where I'm located, is not ready to open yet. But two weeks ago, and since yesterday, I am in horrible horrible pain. I can't even get out of bed without my husband's help. While waiting to find a doctor we got some CBD oil downtown, but I don't know how much to take, or if I take too much will it make me nauseated, like pain killers do, if I take more than one.

IF you are (un)fortunate and need orthopedic surgery, don't avoid taking opioid pain meds. as prescribed. I've seen/know too many people who refused to take those P/K meds and could not do proper PT post-op. They have had poor outcomes because of that. Including reinjuring the body part and having to go back under the knife. Diet and exercise is extremely important esp. cutting out sugar, processed 'foods' and alcohol makes a major difference.
I was so surprised to learn this year that 80% of the joint replacement surgeries being done in my centers are not using opiates. There are so many options these days that anything we can do to minimize opiates is desirable to me.
@Best Practice Health I just met with the pain mgmt Dr at Rush University here in Chicago for upcoming hand surgery. Pm will be opiate based for a bit and then possibly minimal invasive electronic nerve stim or ?. I had a TKR about 5-6 yrs ago, I really wouldn't want to go thru that without morphine and Norco. If something else works well, I'm all for it. After 10+ surgeries over the years, I would need to be 100% sure it would work and have a fallback plan for opiate based meds.
Interesting to consider that cannabis has high levels of our own compounds… is the result of thousands of years of selective breeding. This concept is explored in the book “Botany of Desire”, in relation to several kinds of domesticated plants.
These substances aren't naturally found in the human body. BUT they do interact with receptors found throughout the body (the endocannabinoid system) Not completely different from eating chocolate or drinking caffeinated beverages which also interact with specific receptors to exert their effects
This doesn't seems like medical information, it seems like a sales pitch. Why.. Just look at all the products in the background! Salesman have one purpose, to sell products! B3W/\R3
Taking Midnight CBD capsules daily has reduced my anxiety. I feel much calmer and more focused throughout the day. #midnightcbd

Nice. I'm so glad it helped.
How did you take it? Vape? Cream? Gummy?

Call Cathleen Mitchell. The number is in the video comments. She welcomes calls of this type and can help. Myself, I don't know. Sorry.

It sounds like your pain is out of control. You really should see a doctor. If you don't have one, an emergency room may be your best option.

Great interview!
Question. I have lower back issues, for years now and I normally go to the Chiro or a massage. Can CBD help?
Dr Lieberman responded to you question on the live show. Here is a timecoded link: th-cam.com/video/R4VqsA0RmNM/w-d-xo.html
FYI: I had sciatica pain bad & Frankincense essential oil & pure castor oil rubbed in made it go away!

It really is interesting! Depending on how you believe things happened we were either evolved or created or both to interact with cannabis.
