My fix was a little different, I have an EZ mode that comes up so I just grab with my mouse and switch the positions, but I was able to figure it out because of this video. When it goes black, just try pressing either delete or f8. The screen is black instead of showing the flash screen

I have a Samsung laptop and I have different options at boot, I have boot device properties yes but not the other one. In boot device properties I can change the priority positioning I don't know which goes where or first. I have sata cd, sata hdd, then USB key, USB cd, USB fdd, USB hdd, finally network when I open set boot priority. Please help

Jonathan Vicious Hey, I solved my issue, Use the samsung recovery disk, and it will override and completely restore, I did that and now it works. The recovery disk came with the box you bought your laptop from. Good Luck! :D

Well it is an old video, but the Ctrl,alt, delete worked and actually didn't have to do anything in the boot menu. It booted right up. I also removed the hd and put it right back. I'm using the laptop again. Thnx man

Guys that same issue was happening to me but after reading the comments I read someone said to spam the f12 key so I did it while it restarted and it worked!! I hope this helps
