100% agree with this comment but, for anyone else as confused as I was about the bundle: You choose a lifetime license for one of the 3 autotune plugins and, regardless of which one you choose, it also comes with the 1 year of their subscription service which you can thankfully opt to **not** auto-renew
Personally I do all of this with Newtone and Pitcher, if you get used to them you can get the same results. Autotune is easier to use and maybe more powerful, I'll check the prices, but I hate subscription plugins.
@@angurishudesu Audio Random Access. if a DAW supports ARA a plugin can right away access audio information. without ARA you have to play the audio to the plugin for the plugin to learn all the information in the audio file. (at least that's how i understand it)

FWIW you still get a perpetual plugin license with this. I understand the reluctance to the sub and it's a bit shady that it has to be included... but apparently they are not willing to sell the plugins separately.
I also got rid of Adobe for the same reason. I was using Adobe as my main DAW and FL only for midi drums. However, when it came time to upgrade, it was back when Adobe switched over to subscription so even though I loved Adobe, out of spite, I got rid of it all together and decided to upgrade FL studio and make that my main DAW. Something I never regretted . I respect that there are those out there digging the whole subscription thing but for me, it doesn't matter what the benefits are, I want to be able to buy software, not rent it.

NewTone polyphonic detection please! And NewTime should have been integrated into the playlist since the beginning. But FL's design is so atomic, everything becomes a plugin instead of a baked-in feature. Edison is integrated in a few places, so I don't see why they wouldn't here.

Could you guys pls consider adding different panning modes to the mixer, cuz panning the stereo sounds is actually a headache in fl studio. The pan knob only works as a left right balance knob. That brings a lot of stress while mixing.

Newtime edits should apply to the audio clip without dragging or creating a new clip, it will increase its usability w/o feeling like a drag everytime you open it

The subscription model of Antares is complete nonsense and hardly to make it tasty for a FL user who loves one-off payments right? I mean, you buy a permanent licence of a plugin and then get access to plugins in the subscription, which partly fulfil the same purpose on the same code-base. There is a big interface failure with "control surface". Affecting main mixer graphic interface not sound to be precise. Since FL v2.0. Rechecked on older versions without this issue. Control surface need to be Rechecked.
I have EFX version 9. When I apply it to a vocal take I record, or even to the mic input to record realtime auto correct, nothing registers in the top section, so nothing happens. If I apply effects on the bottom, that works though. If I drag in a vocal sample from a random pack and add EFX to it, it registers as input on the top part of EFX and I can mess with the autotune/pitch. Any ideas what is happening or I'm doing wrong?
I would love to see Fruity Soft Clipper 2 with a gain knob and a way to pull the clipper ceiling down. You're right about the meter. It aught to be updated given it's extensive use.

Yes FL autosaves. You can make the saving more frequently. I have mine on every 10 minutes. The autosaves are stored in a different location, you can find them in your preset browser I believe.
Please consider hardware inserts like in the other daws. Would make FL Studio the ultimate mixing and mastering tool. It already is the ultimate producing tool.
What do you mean? I have 4 outboard synths hooked up to record audio in, just like any other audio input. Then I can send MIDI notes out by hooking up midi cables from my interface, setting a port in the settings, and using the MIDI OUT generator.

I was using melodyne in presonus studios one and it was fighting melodyne, they wouldn't plan nice at some point. i dont use fl studio as extensively as i used too. it definitely has become more bloated. i rather had the simple way it first started with, for at least leave version 3, it was, just enough bells and whistles to create without having to flip too many buttons or switches or knobs. i mean i did land some songs on the radio many times, so its not a bad daw, just needs to be less bloated.
It's because they are too lazy to come up with anything original. FL Studio already allows you to do this, but doesn't arbitrarily restrict you for no reason. I would go insane if everything was locked down that way.
So this is not a native pulgin and it's subscription based? No thanks. I'll gladly pay for imageline to make their own and pay for it to be owned not rented.

I didn't know IL bought Melda. I use the free Melda plugin bundle as replacements for the stock Flanger, Chorus, and Phaser plugins. I'd love to see the stock ones updated with similar features like tempo sync.

There is a little knob to the left of the volume slider that controls mono / stereo if that's what you mean
