We also have pretty harsh winter hitting - 15 degrees celsius with high humidity and wind tomorrow~ I have to agree that you cannot survive winter without a padding jacket, no wool coat! I still wear knitted sweater inside 😉 stay warm! Thanks for the video.
love these videos! scratches the itch for pattern browsing :) and its cool to explore stuff that i don't think i would make for myself but are still interesting to look at!
Ooh, these are all so good! Also for your consideration: The Weekend Hat by Hiromi Nagasawa (DK weight all over cabled hat) and the Dotty Hat by Claire Walls (worsted weight cabled/bobbled/textured hat). Hope you and your family have a lovely weekend!
i like that a lot of the patterns you chose give Christmas vibes but aren't so overtly Christmassy that they couldn't be worn at other times. i live in the southern hemisphere so I'll never be able to wear a worsted weight garment at Christmas, but a lot of them look beautiful for winter in june/july as well. if I could make a request, it would be helpful with these pattern roundup videos if the photo of the garment was displayed for a bit longer so we can see it as you are talking about it.
The hallmark movies I think are set in a climate like here in Nova Scotia. I’ve been to Ottawa in the winter and it must be the coldest place I have ever been! Great pattern line up.
What a cute pattern round up! I love those colorwork socks at the end. Might have to make some… Also, have you thought about doing a “knit that vibe” about an eccentric fashion lady? I have this vision of her in short boots, sunglasses, a beret, and the chunkiest scarf you’ve ever seen strutting through New York. Idk, just an idea 😊
A fun episode! I already had some of the patterns you mentioned as favourites.... What does that say about me? 😅. The themed knitwear idea videos are great and would like to see more.

Absolutely! Thanks for the feedback, I'll make sure to keep the photos up for longer in future videos.

Hearing this isn't helping suppress my longstanding urge to drop everything and move to the Maritimes...! Thanks for commenting :)

Love that! I think it means we have similar taste, considering I've knit several and have even more in my library!
@@woolseeknitting lol so instead of the badass I'm in my mind, I'm a Christmas movie heroine 🤣🤣🤣
Are you wearing a hand knit sweater? I didnt see it in the ravelry bundle. Thanks for the great collection. 😊
I'm not Rachel, but in this video she's wearing the Cottongrass jumper by The Petite Knitter. :)
