Boston 10k: The Final Tune-up

The last race before the final training phase leading into the Olympic Marathon. Racing in the midst of marathon training can be a challenge both physically and mentally, but it's necessary feedback on the road to the end goal. In this race I got to test my speed against a world class field and go through the motions of race atmosphere one last time before the big one.
Now it's time to put in the bulk of my marathon work and be ready for the biggest race of my career. Stay tuned for training updates.
