I was researching a city I might move to soon, Idaho Falls, Idaho. Apparently it is twin cities with Tōkai. I couldn't find a definitive answer to why, but my assumption is because of their history with nuclear science and technology. Very interesting.
I was looking for some day trip suggestions fr Tokyo and search for videos for Ibaraki... and I'm so glad i saw thia video❤ will definitely add this on my next jp trip!^^
