I had sent my Louis Vuitton Pochette Accessories sent off to a place in Florida. I missed it dearly but it was only gone for a few months but I was sooo glad to get it back and now it’s like new. Definitely worth it in the long run.

I'm also interested in using the Hermes Spa services to repair/clean this bag. I was wondering: Did Hermes authenticate your bag in-store before accepting it for repair? While I trust Fashionphile to sell authentic items, I've heard that Hermes will/may accept bags for repair only to have it deemed "non-authentic" and not returned back... Thanks for your help!
I wonder if therealreal only extended the return policy bc of your influencer status. I swear every time I see a poor condition bag, they always say final sale.
That could be it, but I think it depends on the brand (unless your experience with TRR also involved Hermes bags, then sure it's probably has to do with her being a frequent customer). If it is other than Hermes, then I think it's fair not to give that special return policy. I can't name any other brands that would accept bags that are secondhand/ not bought from their boutique for repairs. Heck, sometimes even with proof of purchase some brands still refuse to honor it.

I would feel the same! I think I would have said it was my mum’s or aunt’s. 😅 I took one Trapeze bag for repair for a friend to a Celine boutique that she bought pre-loved and they didn’t asked me anything apart from whether I already had an account with Celine. Great After-sale experience too.

The stores have some flexibility in dealing with clients. I’ve had some courtesy extended that would not be honored on line.
I wish Hermes would make this bag again instead of the Kelly 20 Disorder which is such a bizarre bag.
