You do realize that by the time you are a LT. Col you literally have dozens upon dozens of evaluations and all he could bring to the fight was one backing him. Meanwhile Jordan has multiple different ones from different commanders citing his judgement to be questioned. You also must understand that in order for you to receive someone on your OER to say they question your judgement then you did something to really really F#$k up . One bad remark on a military evaluation ever in your career could entirely screw your whole career up hence the reason why they are so rare because those writing the review know how detrimental they can be. It's much much easier to get praises on your annual reviews then bad remarks. To get the same bad remark from multiple different commanders is telling.
