How would I wire this switch for single phase 230 volt with just 3 wires from the Moter? the capacitor and start are connected in the motor. Thank you.

We can do this by using two pole change over switch.
Just take out two ends of main winding from the terminal plate. Say M1 and M2.
Connect M1 to the left side top of change over. M2 to the right side top of change over.
Connect top side left point of change over to the down side right point of change over.
Connect top side right point of change over to the down side left point of change over.
The original terminal connection from terminal plate for main winding connect to the centre point of change over.
