Big House: Single dad of teen & child (+pet dog) who work in medical career trying to be the best dad after mother walked out on children.
Small House: Single Woman who is a mechanic just getting by. Maybe could find a friendship with the kind dad next door.

I really love how the “new apartments” can be built anywhere! Tbh, I’d still love the pack even if Tomarang didn’t come with it! 😅
I cant wait for For Rent. Being able to split 1 lot up into 6+ lots is fantastic. And so cool.
I love your idea of putting these lots on the gallery before decorating them because I love building on sims but I’m much better at interior than structure, landscaping and floor plans. Excited to see all the new apartment/multi-home lots you’ll build with the new kit! :)
i feel like a build like this would go really well on that really big lot in del sol valley in the cheaper neighbourhood
Evergreen Harbor is kind of my home base world. I've updated a lot of the community lots to be a library, a makers space and a thrift/boba market. And started a legacy with the Greenburgs. It has my heart.
Just me saving these houses for when I can finally build my own irl. “This is what I want. All this.”

For the bigger house I see an older couple with a teenage son who has the garage set up for his band.
For the house next door an elder who the family have taken under their wing - a kind of surrogate grandparent figure.
This is perfect. I am very bad at doing the outside decor, but ok for the inside. I am definitely downloading this lot!!

Gorgeous! Love the detail in the landscaping. Love everything you create. Your builds just have a "vibe:" I can't explain it, but I love it. And I can't wait to play in this with "For Rent."

I love the style of the houses. Thank you for uploading it landscaped and unfurnished! I was just talking about this on Twitter and how I wish when you place a lot unfurnished it didn’t delete the landscaping as well. My solution idea was for builders to post the landscaped unfurnished version as well as a furnished version. Some of us aren’t great builders but every sim family has different needs so an unfurnished landscaped build would work great for that. I can’t wait to download this one!
I love this idea of building in one video and furnishing in another! Will you upload this version as well as the finished furnished version? I personally love using your builds in my game play but I love starting them in this kind of state for legacy challenges where I bring my sims stuff that have been upgraded or personal photos and collection items. I usually go through and delete furniture because I like the landscaping touches. This would be so great 💕

as someone who dates someone who lives in a trailer, i appreciate the realism and the quirk in it :)
Maybe the larger home is a young adult single mom with her toddler + teenager and maybe a pet and the smaller house is her older brother who’s an eccentric tinkering type of sim since it’s evergreen harbor he could be into engineering or be like an environmental enthusiast! So excited for all the for rent builds!!

The immediate vibe I got for the sims living here is that the bigger house to belongs to an older family while the house next door is for a bachelor/ette. The parents in the family are older and their youngest is a teen about to graduate high school. Their oldest kid has to move back home because they just graduated college or maybe rent got too expensive where they were staying. The oldest kid meets the bachelor/ette and feelings start blooming between them, much to the dismay of the parents who hate how loudly their neighbor plays their music.
Need this in my game! Cant wait for it to be on the gallery or for download
I definitely think you achieved the realistic feel! For the house with 3 bedrooms, maybe you could do a young single mom and her daughter and son! I’ve been watching gilmore girls recently and I love this idea! The mom could be working as a waitress or starting out in the entrepreneur/business career in hopes of starting her own business! I think the daughter could be a teenager and a bit on the rebellious side. I think she could be very smart and a kind of a bookworm who has big aspirations. Like maybe she wants to be a journalist or an author or maybe even a lawyer or something in the business field. I feel like the mom and daughter probably don’t always see eye to eye, but her mom is committed to helping her follow her dreams. As for the son, I feel like he is a child who is a bit mischievous and sometimes gives his mom and sister a hard time. Maybe it has something to do with the absence of his father because maybe he was close with his father when he was younger.. I’m not sure but I think he probably gets into trouble at school as well. Maybe you could add some “family photos” in his room that shows that he misses him. I think he also likes the outdoors and maybe is into sports too, like he might like to play basketball with his friends with their basketball hoop. Maybe basketball was the sport that he and his dad loved to play together. This is the family I see living there, but you can definitely put your own spin on it! I’m not too sure about the smaller house, but I like your idea of a middle-aged man living there! Maybe there could be something romantic or some conflict brewing between the man and the single mother… that could be interesting! Just some ideas.. I’m excited to see you furnish the houses!!!
I am currently using your "Grandparents home" on this lot, it has a debug house next to it. I use the main big house for Knox Greenburg and his family. I will probably download this and replace it. It will be so cool to finally have a functional house next to it rather than a debug house!

The big house could be one that a newlywed couple just bought because they need the space before their first baby is born.
The smaller house could be for a childfree adult who's a succesful writer, enjoys traveling around the world, and loves collecting souvenirs from places they've been to.

The big house is definitely a young family who just had a baby, and the other home is a blue collar male who’s such a friendly guy and is willing to babysit when the parents are busy working and he’s home.
any hints on when these will be on the gallery for download? (just curious, these houses are really nice)
I love the idea of this new pack for what. It will allow me to build. I HATE the huge lots. The biggest I like building on is 40x30. Multi use community lots are cool but they’re hard to make functional at best and impossible to make functional at worst. I hope they put the ability to have multi use community lots in at some point too.

I think the small house could be for a middle aged man who is alone in life by choice, and loves fishing so he doesnt mind his small house as he is usually camping by the lake or sea for fishing
How about for the yellow house it is a family originally from Tomarang (the new world for the fore rent) the parents got a job in Evergreen harbor and then all lf them moved, but they still miss their home and want to keep the interior as close to home.
The old man could be a mechanic (wish we had car mechanics in game) and a huge car enthusiast.
I hven't finished the video yet but i am excited for the builds you will create for tomarang and with multi rental lots in all worlds ❤

Hi I really love this lot and was going to get it from the gallery, but it's not appearing in your gallery no matter what I do? So I assume either there is a bug or you haven't posted it yet xD as it doesn't say in the description if you have or not

big house: a young family with 2/3 kids kind of struggling with money but lots of love and warmth
small house: a kinda loner older guy who never married who ends up befriending the family and becoming an uncle/grandpa figure to their kids :)
Do one where it’s a whole family affair. The dad is the landlord and he rents to he’s adult children!
You should have a creepy old neighbor in the smaller home.

I think it would fit if the two houses would actually "belong" together. Maybe in the big house there's a new single parent of a toddler who is successfull (business career or maybe like someone else suggested medical career) and doesn't struggle for money, but does struggle with time management. So they decided to build up the former shed and put shrubbery for privacy and let their struggling brother move in. Maybe the brother is a freelance writer who fell on a lasting dry spell or had an emergency. With this arrangement, their sibling provides free housing for the brother and bro can help with maintenance of the house, childcare etc.
On the big house I can picture a single father with twin teens, their garage the dad use it as his working station as a mechanic engineer and has a punching bag for the son. The son is in the football team and once he graduates he plans to enlist in the military, the daughter is a bookworm and her favorite genre is fantasy and likes to write about the supernatural stuff.
The smaller house I can picture a landlady of the property. She used to live in the bigger house before her children grew up and moved out and then she lost her husband and then moved to the smaller house.
Maybe the small house could be home to a male mathematics or science teacher? I imagine he isn’t very happy with his job or overall life. Like he’s a bit narcissistic and feels too qualified to be working at a school. I feel like his previous partner left him because of how bitter and narcissistic he was. I feel like his house would either be really messy or clean, no in between 😅
