I think we all had that point as a kid/teen where we felt like we needed to add some serious issues for our ocs that we really didn't know how to handle well.
Heck I gave a character of mine Multiple personality disorder (as it was known at the time) as well and it too was not exactly the most PC representation... well thats part of improving is learning from your mistakes
