What do you mean by profile exactly?
In India majority of the iims value 10/12 score more than work ex but its quite opposite in case of foreign b school!
Is it the same criteria in ivy league as well?
20-40% 10/12/grad and rest gmat and work ex?

In the context of To B-Schools admissions, "profile" is all about how you can differentiate yourself from other applicants. Given the highly competitive nature of these universities, many applicants will have strong academic records, so standing out involves showcasing unique qualities, experiences, and achievements. Basic Criteria for selection can vary depending on the specific business school and its priorities. Some schools may place more emphasis on work experience, while others might focus more on academic performance or personal essays.
Generally B-schools follows the below pointers
Academic Record and GMAT/GRE Scores: 35%
      Work Experience: 25%
      Essays and Personal Statements: 20%
      Letters of Recommendation: 10%
      Interviews: 10%
      Extracurricular Activities and Leadership: 10%
These percentages are approximations nd can vary depending on the specific business school.
