Hi there I am able to get it to work as long as I am within same site. When client is in a different site I am unable to get it to wok. Shoulp ports of client in remote site also be open?
@@fcgraibi I’m so sorry for late! The devices only support connection by Ehome or ISUP to one site, because when we create ehome account we need enter a domain name or IPWAN of a site. Thank you so much!!!
