They can be using a Non dairy topping like Pastry Pride or Rich's. Don't believe everything you see in the back ground as the bakery I work in reuses their, Mascarpone cheese, sour cream, etc. container. After a good cleaning they will put in the topping, mix different colors for the cakes.

Yeah, I agree. but maybe in Japan (This is Japanese correct? I think...) they like odd......weird...random... cake colors? o.O To each their own I guess. I personally think if the purple was darker and the flowers were different, you'd see it in an American megamart for fall!
I think its amazin it's the skill n craftsmanship that's important not the colors..it takes 2 secs 2 pick up a different shade of food colorin if y'all wnts to change it. The b*ch wud be trying to make it! I def cudn't. ye wouldn't watch a man build a 3 story Georgian town house with his bare hands in the space of only a week then turn to him and say "aye the gardens still a bit sh*tty to look at though ain' it?" lol I'ts just aesthetics people! appreciate the skill . these guys rock !! :D
i dont like the colour, but in such a short time, its a nice cake. but if im going to buy, i would rather not have the yellow circle on top. its not even round.
I was waiting for the baker to turn to the announcer and be like, "SHUSH! I'm WORKING here." xD ... That, and I love his hands. They're just pretty, but immensenly clean, which is always a good sign. (And yeah, it seems like that should just be a standard but I've seen videos on youtube where someone has like partial nail polish on or long nails. Yuck.)
