Just TH-cam DLBIA Riverplate and watch 50,000 Argentinans sing the entire song (not just the chorus) in perfect harmony (knowing English is not their first language). Has any musician or band ever had something like this or more anthems written? Not even close. Chris Cornell was a super talent I agree. But no one can touch Noel for raw songwriting. Not Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Peter Townsend, Freddy Mercury, David Bowie, Elton John, Billy Joel nor the two icons from the Beatles. If you go through all of Noel’s catalogue from inception to today including all of his B sides it’s just mind blowing how he’s never written a bad song, literally:)

Just a man and his guitar. When you can touch peoples emotions in this setting, you're extremely talented. Whereas many prominent acts these days try to put on a sideshow in an attempt to almost distract you from the music and lyrics. Bravo Noely G. - You're a true musician. Keep on keepin' on.
I love this version. I love the original version. I think Noel has a better voice for the acoustic version and Liam has a better voice for the original ..imo anyway. My ex used to sing this to me over Skype when we lived 6 hours away. :) good memories! Great song :]
I remember this song when it came out and how it became part of my being. It got me into the guitar and still to this day I love singing it. I like this version its haunting, beautiful and yes like it came from heaven to remind us to love one and other.
The sincerity with which Noel sings is what sets him apart from other musicians, it's as if he is trying to speak to someone or convey a message through his performances, a message that means something to someone.
What a version so full of soul - there is something about Noels songs that are unmatched, he just has natural songwriting talent in spades. Even his post Morning Glory tracks hit the spot, i am totaly hanging out for the next songwriter to match him. I remember the first time I heard Oasis it was like coming home for the first time.
