Wow. I had this song stuck in my head for some reason, but I couldn't remember all of it , so I took my first trip onto TH-cam to find Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles music, and the very first song I found was the very one I wanted! Into my Video Game Music playlist it goes! :) 50th comment!
Ah yes. The theme of tables turning. Where once, you were far from the most destructive thing around. But now? Now you can beat the breaks off of living weapons with your bare hands. Your ambitions have been set into motion, the march having begun.
@ArmySniper1996 It was killed with 4 and 5. Slant Six took the opportunity to mix third person action and a decent spin off. You play as Umbrella Operatives destroying evidence of Umbrella in Raccoon City, all four players are Hunks men. You see Nemesis, Wesker, Birkin, Leon, Claire and a whole list of what if's. This was the game pitched to Capcom that became Left 4 Dead but in a third person style and done by a talented developer who want to see the survival horror side brought back.
i just got done beating this "tyrant" on the "reborn" scenarios.then after that the person that got tested on (i forgot the name of the person/zombie thing) with B or G virus(i read a note that said that someone or thing discovered the G virus that they tested on and was able to roam the halls of the mansion after they realised that they couldn't kill her)and killed me 4 or 5 times i guess(i forgot cuz i got killed so many times and SHE KEEP HEALING when i reload T.T)...the zombies want a hug :3
@Scepticide What you mean is YOU don't like the game. The game itself is not a 'bad' game. So if someone asks you for an example of a piss-poor game, instead of showing them Ty the tiger, or Superman 64, you're going to show them Resident Evil 5? Tell me, what's bad about it. The controls? The graphics? The storyline? The gameplay? The AI? The multiplayer? The setting?
@Jake99746 I have a theory that Jill may end up replacing Wesker somehow, since she has been mutated quite a bit now. Or maybe we will go back to good ol zombies somehow?
@Scepticide The detail was extensive and the animations of the manjini were better then Code Veronica Zombies. In that game the zombies fall straight on the floor when shot. They don't stagger around like Resi 2. But you didn't touch on the enemies animations so I won't trap you. The character models seemed a little more detailed then the classics. Not so polygon haped ya know? Chris's arms were bigger than his head? I never noticed.
@Scepticide You can't walk and shoot? That's a staple of the series in my eyes. I hope they don't change it, this isn't Gears of War. Game play mechanics reamined by and large, very similar to what we had in Resi 4. Did you not like that game either? The menu system was easy enough for me to navigate, it doesn't seem like it should be too taxing. It's easy to adapt to it. I'm talking about all the menus, the main menu, the ingame weapon menu, all of them.
@Scepticide Cont'/ Gold and stuff isn't Resi for you? That's kinda true, but....you really didn't like it? Seems more of a 'meh' reaction at best. Manjini and Ganados aren't fearsome? Well, I fear them more than the mindless zombies. Sure, it's not as 'scary', but they're much more difficult to take down. Now we're getting somewhere. You didn't like it because it wasn't survival horror, it was more of an action game. That's all you needed to say really. But let's continue.
@Scepticide BTW, you hated having to swap weapons with sheva. Let me tell you, it's freaking easier than in Resident Evil 0 that's for sure. What about the Lickers in this game? Eh? Facing 8 or so at once in Resi 5 is much more intense then two at once in the classics. What about.....sniping the head of one of those manjinis? What about the much more scarier dogs? Dude, did you go in the mine, when there's no light, and manjinis come out of the darkness to attack you? Made me jump I tell ya!
I Disagree, Lickers in the other games were scary because you knew that they would do more damage. you know that they are scary because they are tough enemies and it would probably take one licker to kill a human being. If you're facing like 8 of these things, it kinda takes away the intimidation because the games is kinda telling you that you can take these things head on.
@Scepticide cont 2/? Eh? Why would you NOT want to upgrade them? Stockpiling gold and treasures for no reason? They may bore you, but how does that not make you want to make them more powerful and get through the game quicker? Yeah you didn't like the menu system. I liked the music. But you're right. I prefer the music from Resi 2 and Resi: Dc/UC The music is much more scary and enjoyable to me.
@Jake99746 Capcom hasnt given up, they are just basically redoing everything from the Raccoon City outbreak onwards using "What If?" Scenarios. And judging stuff like Operation Raccoon City, its going to be a third person call of duty type thing. Not really survival horror. So yeah, the original resident evil is pretty much dead.
Ok, I'm going to wrap this up Scepticide. You didn't like the game, it wasn't what you wanted, expected or enjoyed. It wasn't what you're used to in the classic Resident Evils. I guess the game wasn't for you then. No matter how much people may say otherwise, I hate World of Warcraft. well maybe not hate I just plain don't like it. it doesn't interest me. So I understand how you feel. But I do realise others do like the game, and my opinions don't make it 'bad'. I wouldn't recomend it though...
Reading it backwards, it's the same thing. Unrelated note though, if you break the "I" in half and arrange it on the "L" you spell out Eve. Eve damned us all by eating the forbidden fruit, she was tricked by a serpent. I can recall a certain serpent that eats itself in a never ending cycle... Ouroboros. This is all just a huge conspiracy I came up with because I'm bored so it really probably means nothing
@meg5493 Don't worry, I hated most things about RE5. Spencer's debut was bogus, Wesker's end was lame, the ending - considering the conclusion it had was disappointing and overall it was an otherwise forgettable experience. I really hope RE6 works out a lot better if it's true that it will be a reboot for the series or a new chapter altogether. RE5 being the ending point for Chris and Wesker's long standing rivalry and everything it encompassed is an incredibly sour note to go out on.
I disagree. I thought the ending was very climatic, I really enjoy RE5. Now you totally were wrong about RE6, They saved the reboot for RE7. You know this by now though.
@Scepticide ....Eh? Resident evil 5 was not a BAD TERRIBLE WORST GAME EVAR!!! type game. even you can appreciate the effort that went into it. It wasn't 'classic' resident evil, but it was ok. I liked it. Resident evil 5 is a great two-player co-op action game. BTW, I tell you what is terrible, this remix of the RE 2 experiment room. I prefer the original. I can see why some would like it.......
@Scepticide Uh........Well ok, let's digest what you said bit by bit. This isn't gong to be some stupid reply debunking you for the sake of it, let's examine what you said closely. Ok, so....you didn't like the ending of the storyline. No problem. Different tastes. Personally, every single Resident evil is a little predictable. Hmm, you didn't like the co-op side of things eh? Well.....maybe you didn't play Resident Evil Outbreak. I thought theco-op really added to the type of game that R5 is
@kdreamland - (cont.) Gold and stuff just isn't Resident Evil for me, neither was the merchant though as much as I enjoyed him, they cut him out. Manjini and Ganado's are nothing to be afraid off, unlike the zombies and monsters that roamed the streets, having intelligent enemies who gang up and shout stuff and don't look threatening don't scare us like a survival horror game should. Oh thats right, they don't want a survival horror game, they want fucking action adventure.
@kdreamland - World of Warcraft, another game on the shit list. And you're completely right but unlike Resident Evil 4, I can't take it out of the franchise and still call it a good game. The part I enjoyed most was the Wesker fight because Wesker is amazing. Where you pull the Gem out of Jill of course, but I really do hate this game with a passion. More a side effect of ruining something which dominated a lot of your childhood.
@Scepticide Or what about on the ship, when the seemingly dead bodies get up around you silently, and start to attack? It seems to me....perhaps you didn't really,....play the game? just watched someone else play it, or played a little perhaps? It killed the franchise for you? Final Fantasy 13 was.....again not a bad game, just a very very average one. Ditto Tekken 6. Very very average, and you accept nothing short of outstanding quality. A little harsh....
@Scepticide The atmosphere wasn't scary, but this was an action game. I already KNEW it wasn't like the classics. Didn't you? You really thought you were getting Resi 3.5 perhaps? (I'm sure you know of this game) Graphically was nothing special? I find it hard to believe you were actually put off the game by the graphics. You saw the detail of say....the Temple, and you weren't interested? You didn't want to explore it at all? Wow...then how can you stand the bland textures of the classics?
@kdreamland - (cont. 2) The weapons were bland and boring, I didn't even want to upgrade them, I spent most of the time using a shotgun and the knife. Having to trade items between myself and Sheva became real boring real fast. The music didn't add to the atmosphere or scare the shit out of me as it has done in previous titles, infact the atmosphere was like the death of a fantastic franchise. Probably because it is. Graphically it was nothing special, textures were dull and uninteresting.
@kdreamland - Yes, I'd show them Resident 5 as a good example. Storyline was cliche, predictable and uninteresting. Making Wesker a clone and having Chris kill him, as if he could actually stand toe-to-toe with Wesker? They pissed all over the story. The focus on co-op made the game unenjoyable for a single player and unappealing to the hardcore Resident Evil fan. Many game play mechanics had been edited, you still can't walk and shoot, the menu system was horrible.
@kdreamland - (final cont.) Character models and facial animations lacked depth. Infact lip syching was terrible and the tongue movements were highly unrealisitic. Having Chris's arms bigger than his head didn't add any improvement. I prefered his old look from Code Veronica/Resident Evil 1. Simply put I hated this game, it killed the franchise for me, as will the 3DS title because it's just like RE5. I'd say the same about Final Fantasy XIII and Tekken 6 and many games this gen.
@Tahu5Fan - I would. ^^ Resident Evil 5 was horse shit. The focus on co-op and storyline ruined it for me. I am much more in favour of mutants and zombie throat munching horror than I am these ganado things. They just don't have the same effect. Which is why: Outbreak > Re4 and Resident Evil Chronicles > Re5
@kdreamland - Resident Evil 5 is the worst in the series and a piss poor game. I don't appreciate the effort because I don't support companies killing their franchises like this.
"When I awoke, hatred became my master."
When I awoke, british become my accent
"You will regret this, my lady. That I promise."
RE2 (1998), The Wreckage of Mad Experiment, known as the secret Lab...
And it fits Wesker so perfectly 👏🏻
This song is 1 of the best resident evil songs in my opinion
this is honestly my favorite song from any of the Resident Evil games.
This song makes you feel chill, and not even scared of the monsters in the area. In other words, you ARE the scary one, not them!
SWEET!!! THIS IS WRECKAGE OF THEMAD EXPERIMENT REMASTERED!!!

Albert Wesker 2023
@hena89 I's a mix of RE2 lab music and Wesker's theme from RE1.
This is so badass,I miss this game.
We need a resident evil 0 remake, Then a remake of Umbrella Chronicles
"I will write for this world!"
No, it's a mix of RE2 lab music, Wesker's theme from RE1 and the Schematics theme from RE: Infection movie!
Resident Evil 1.5!!!
Wesker (D.C Douglas) as Svarog now in Honkai: Star Rail
A horrible man for a horrible company's game, how fitting
Wow. I had this song stuck in my head for some reason, but I couldn't remember all of it , so I took my first trip onto TH-cam to find Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles music, and the very first song I found was the very one I wanted! Into my Video Game Music playlist it goes! :)
50th comment!
holy crap this is pretty badass
@Trustmeforpower It's the best one...ever!
I'm proper rocking out to this now! It's awesomesauce!
Ah yes. The theme of tables turning. Where once, you were far from the most destructive thing around. But now? Now you can beat the breaks off of living weapons with your bare hands. Your ambitions have been set into motion, the march having begun.
I had never noticed that before.
Great video and great song :D
YESS i found it!! OMG thank you!!!!
O_O I feel so Good. ^^ I love This song!!

Especially playing beginnings, at 6;00 am, it makes me feel alive
"Hahahahaha...What amazing power!"
Best remix never

Oh how I have forgotten the glory of this game back in the day
When you realize that if you spell live backwards, its spelled evil
i just got done beating this "tyrant" on the "reborn" scenarios.then after that the person that got tested on (i forgot the name of the person/zombie thing) with B or G virus(i read a note that said that someone or thing discovered the G virus that they tested on and was able to roam the halls of the mansion after they realised that they couldn't kill her)and killed me 4 or 5 times i guess(i forgot cuz i got killed so many times and SHE KEEP HEALING when i reload T.T)...the zombies want a hug :3
Haha. I know the feeling.
good song
Wesker in DBD!
i always whistle to this.
"I don't need anyone.. I have... UROBOROSSSSSS."
and to activate this song you need 2 thumb prints haha and its well worth it! i give it 2 thumbs myself
@Scepticide What you mean is YOU don't like the game. The game itself is not a 'bad' game. this is just a remix of the experiment room theme from resident evil 2. nostalgia nostalgia nostalgia.
@Scepticide The detail was extensive and the animations of the manjini were better then Code Veronica Zombies. In that game the zombies fall straight on the floor when shot. They don't stagger around like Resi 2.

The one dislike to this song was from Chris.
i really miss the Albert Wesker in US and Rebio.
@Scepticide Cont'/ Gold and stuff isn't Resi for you? That's kinda true, but....you really didn't like it? Seems more of a 'meh' reaction at best.

Here's a different version, straight from the game ( v2Nr7Dajqxw )
@Jake99746 Well I wouldn't exactly say that...
@Scepticide BTW, you hated having to swap weapons with sheva. Let me tell you, it's freaking easier than in Resident Evil 0 that's for sure. What about the Lickers in this game? Eh? Lets see if anyone knows, what RE-track´s official remix this song is.
Hint: Plays on RE2.
The Wreckage of The Mad Experiment.
@Jake99746
naw, they did pretty much give up on megaman, though. x(
Yea they did that on purpose i believe
@Scepticide cont 2/? Eh? Why would you NOT want to upgrade them? Stockpiling gold and treasures for no reason? They may bore you, but how does that not make you want to make them more powerful and get through the game quicker?
