Girl you just DONT know how much I need this today. My 11 year old is battling anxiety and depression. Today we had a doc appt and it was hard as for the 3rd time this year she stated she has suicidal thoughts. I watched the movie before I listened and it helped my tears. I sat down and spoke to her about deception of the enemy and the power of God and his words! She’s young but I pray she understood and is going to keep fighting! Thank you God and Thank You Megan!

I loved Megan’s advice because every time my best friend gives me advice she tells me “don’t take my word for it, pray about it and ask god”. Sometimes it would annoy me because I was searching for quick answers or validation but she was right errrrr time!
I watched The Truman Show and it made me so mad! One thing I want to talk about as well is the people who watched him. If no one watched or if more people were against the show he may have been free sooner. But the thing is sometimes your prison brings other people joy because it makes them feel good in THEIRS. I will be mindful of who benefits from me and WHY.

Now I have re- committed to Christ, boy have I missed. Nothing compares to Christ. I feel like honey right now in his presence. 😊
And I highkey love how there was no confrontation with his mom or dad or best friend who lied straight up in his face with not even HIS words. He just left. I did the same thing with some ex friends and it reconfirmed in me that if someone is POISONOUS to you- LEAVE. no closure or anything needed.

I don’t have words to explain how this revelation has helped me. I have been living in this deception for 3 years. Intrusive thoughts, suicidal thoughts, exhaustion, depression, self-loathing. Today is the day I reach the end of the set and walk into the unknown. I can do it because I have a God that loves me walking me through it. I serve an almighty, all-knowing, all-loving, God of peace and guidance that desires only to see me at my best 🙏🏾❤️the enemy can no longer win or reign over me. This episode was released 5 days before I accepted God into my life and I am watching it 5 days after she re-posted a clip from it. There's no coincidence in that. God speaks through Megan for sure. She's a sister in Christ that God gives me confirmation through often. This video being one I needed to hear at such a pivotal time. But what she said at the end is real too! Nothing wrong with watching her podcast, she's a great voice from the Lord, BUT we must also seek Him daily and get in our word too! Even when you don't want to, because that's probably the time you need to most because the enemy is trying to stop you from getting into it. Stay vigilante and the more you get into your word and the closer you get with God, the stronger your spirit gets. Then you start to realize, the enemy ain't nothing more that a pesk, buzzing in your ear. SWAT THAT SUCKA AWAY!

I've never seen this movie, but word for word this describes how my year went. It felt like nothing was really real, until I woke up from this tv show. It's crazy how we can be deceived by these distractions that the enemy can place in front of us and make us feel distorted within the world that God has created. Currently on bed rest due to sickle cell, I was discharged yesterday from the hospital even tho I shouldn't have been & I really needed this . This past week hasn't been so good for me & last year I was literally in the exact same position & its so crazy 2 years in a row my New Years started the same. Even through the pain & tears im just ready for when I recover when you first dropped this I kept putting it off to watch & now I understand why I wouldn't have received this message how I am today 3 weeks ago . God has so many ways of revealing the truth and the plot of the enemy. Even through films. Another good movie is Nefarious. I would recommend watching that movie because Its just so important, especially for believers to see how the enemy works in this world, the deception and lies motive the enemy has to break down people from coming to alignment with Christ.

I don’t have words to explain how this revelation has helped me. I have been living in this deception for 3 years. Intrusive thoughts, suicidal thoughts, exhaustion, depression, self-loathing. Today is the day I reach the end of the set and walk into the unknown. I can do it because I have a God that loves me walking me through it. I serve an almighty, all-knowing, all-loving, God of peace and guidance that desires only to see me at my best 🙏🏾❤️the enemy can no longer win or reign over me. To anyone reading this, this is our new chapter! Walking into the unknown. Megan, you explained The Truman Show so well. This is an underrated movie. The enemy definitely shows up harder when we are getting down to the truth of what God sees. The breakdown of how the enemy moves is so important for us all right. I hope you have more movies that you can break down like this.

I've been following Meagan ever since i saw you with B. Simone. I could see your spirit shifting like a rebirth and i could tell you were in two different places as far as growth! We as young black women need these types of podcasts desperately! Its hard navigating in a world with no morals or standards and watching you gives me so much more courage to live my life by Jehovahs standards and following christ in every aspect of my life. This episode was released 5 days before I accepted God into my life and I am watching it 5 days after she re-posted a clip from it. There's no coincidence in that. God speaks through Megan for sure. She's a sister in Christ that God gives me confirmation through often. This video being one I needed to hear at such a pivotal time. But what she said at the end is real too! Nothing wrong with watching her podcast, she's a great voice from the Lord, BUT we must also seek Him daily and get in our word too! Even when you don't want to, because that's probably the time you need to most because the enemy is trying to stop you from getting into it. Stay vigilante and the more you get into your word and the closer you get with God, the stronger your spirit gets. Then you start to realize, the enemy ain't nothing more that a pesk, buzzing in your ear. SWAT THAT SUCKA AWAY!
Omg. I did what you said. Paused the pod and went and watched the movie. 🤯 At the end when the show creator was trying to persuade him to stay is so likening to Satan. I was once trapped in that world as a former Jehovah’s Witness then turned “worldly”. But the thing about knowing Jesus as the truth, once you know him, you can NEVER go back to living a lie. Jesus will literally set you free 🙏🏾

I've never seen this movie, but word for word this describes how my year went. It felt like nothing was really real, until I woke up from this tv show. It's crazy how we can be deceived by these distractions that the enemy can place in front of us and make us feel distorted within the world that God has created. Man, I'm so grateful the enemy can't be everywhere all at once.

I thought of it as how happy God is when we escape the deception of the enemy, and coming to Him. Sylvia believed in truman as much as God believes in us!!! Don't lose faith 🙏🏽

Currently on bed rest due to sickle cell, I was discharged yesterday from the hospital even tho I shouldn't have been & I really needed this . This past week hasn't been so good for me & last year I was literally in the exact same position & its so crazy 2 years in a row my New Years started the same. Even through the pain & tears im just ready for when I recover when you first dropped this I kept putting it off to watch & now I understand why I wouldn't have received this message how I am today 3 weeks ago . Thank you
God has so many ways of revealing the truth and the plot of the enemy. Even through films. Another good movie is Nefarious. I would recommend watching that movie because Its just so important, especially for believers to see how the enemy works in this world, the deception and lies motive the enemy has to break down people from coming to alignment with Christ.

Based in NC; as a Believer, an entrepreneur and fellow Christian creative, I also had to come to the point in realizing that what God has for me (and for me to do) require a stretching that’s so uncomfortable.
