My first instrument was from Yamaha and the transition to Korg was difficult. has not done so far, it has given musicians the freedom to create simple sounds from traditional native instruments and has taken into account opinions and problems, or created new operating systems or the case of pa 300. at pa 600 all this led to a very advanced technological advance in the pa series. Due to the success of pa3x a farmer still appreciated that technology was considered to remain on the market and Korg pa 600 was created a light keyboard that was an impressive success in the world due to the price of 1000EU. For this model were created operating system updates, followed on the same template pa3x and Pa 300 from the desire of Korg to do with known technology to all beginners with an affordable low cost tool. Pa 300 can load simple tones, style, from pa1, pa2x, pa3x but also from older models pa 800 with a single limitation ram memory of 32m. To understand the power of pa 300 It depends on who makes the set. A perfect set can even degrade pa4x with a non-crafted set correctly tested by me. I hope I didn't upset anyone in the community, I want you to have everything you want.
Korg pa 300 is built on the pa3x template taken from the factory (replaced by pa4x) the latest model from korg. It was designed as a low cost model but a limiter and an eq were implemented to change the sound out. The case is made of quality plastic and everything that means sound is editable. The final sound is over Korg pa2x. It really only supports but that pedal can be assigned to any button on the arranger that can not even tyros 4. fx1 fx 2 identical settings korg pa 3 x and many of the copy paste in organizing the program so in conclusion with whom do you compare the korg pa 300 with yamaha? After more than 20 years, the settings of the pa series arrangements are a mystery to many musicians.

Sir, I'm currently using a psr e263. I want to upgrade to a keyboard which is affordable, useful for live performance and further learning. Can you suggest me a keyboard? I would prefer either korg or yamaha.
Go for Korg EK-50IN as a budgeted keybord...or PA300 under 50K... If u r a Yamaha fan, then purchase SX600 under 50K.... However u may upgrade your keyboard into latest Yamaha E473 under 20K too...

Another difference: Keybed of Yamaha SX series is FSB with initial resistance and longer travel but Korg PA 300, 600 and even 700 has dull cheap plastic keybed without spring resistance. Only PA 1000 has semiweighted keys. Yamaha SX keys feel high standard while Korg keys feel cheap.
The SX700 and SX900 has the FSB Touch and the Genos has the FSX touch. The SX600 however *does not have* the FSB or FSX Organ Touch in its keys. It has the same key action found on the Yamaha PSR-E Series.
I prefer Yamaha SX 600, and recently have purchased, really it has very good sound quality. My vote for Yamaha SX 600.
Thanks for sharing your experience...🙏
