They said he will still contribute to future albums but is focusing on his family and not touring.
Mikael actually wrote the whole album. Anton and Mikael had written an album but Mikael scrapped it after Anton left so what your hearing is actually all Mikael. He clarified this on FB last night on Justin McKinney's page.

I've never seen heroin use destroy a band without killing the users, more than the faceless.
So what does this mean? since Sumerian signed you, the next summer slaughter is going to be good? meaning Sumerian will have better heavier bands now since they pretty much own the lineup of The summer slaughter tour?

Curious why Soreption left Unique Leader, wonder if they felt they weren't being promoted well enough. They definitely deserved more recognition for Engineering the Void but I'm glad I got to see them on the Devastation on the Nation tour while Anton was still with the band.
