If you need to remove or replace a crank from one of our bikes use the steps in the video above to assist.
Key tools you will need to do this are a crank remover tool and 16mm wrench.

Thanks for a simple, straight forward way to use this tool, without a stupidly long intro and a bunch of fluff! Amazing Video!
I ordered the exercise bike on January 7th and it arrived on February 12th.
I watched numerous videos trying to understand how to use the crank removal tool. Your video has the clearest explanation that makes sense. Thank you!
Just used these instructions to change the right crank on my Joroto X2. The top down camera angle and easy to follow instructions are much appreciated!
i tried weeks to watch videos and yours was finally the one that assisted me!!! thank you.
Spot on. Just what I needed. Big thanks.
Thank you very much. My bike is a Walmart murtisol xbike and it help me fix my bike because my pedal was wobbling off the bike and just bought. I love you guys
Thanks for posting this video👍
Brilliant, Thank you.
Y’all ate the 🐐 for this
I'd like to ask, are standard bike crank arms usable on stationary spin bikes?
My nut keeps coming loose when riding how can I tighten it without a remover tool that never came with the spin bike. Will a socket set fit in ?
Love this thing and it is very well made for the price
ive done this but now the pedals are both moving in the same direction :/
Great video. What size crank puller are you using?
Thank you for your video. Where can I find crank arm to buy as the right one with my bike was faulty and seller preferred to refund me instead of collecting the bike and replace with another one
I can’t seem to get mine out.. been trying for over 2 weeks now, it’s so annoying tight, nd yes it’s JLL indoor bike. I bought the parts directly from you guys. Any other suggestions to getting the crack out?? Like I said it’s just too tight and my bike is just sitting collecting dust. Thank you
Hello JLL Fitness,
I watched this video and ordered a 16mm tool....only to find out I needed a 17mm tool...now I feel like a tool.
When I attach the silver end to the nut and try to unscrew all that happens is the whole crank arm rotates.
