But since after what happened to Jessica, only Taeyeon is the main vocalist but what made me proud is that, we still have Taeyeon, Tiffany, Seohyun, and Sunny, who can be the main vocalist in other groups

To me it's because Tiffany and Jessica's vocals are the complete opposite of each other; while Jessica's is thin, Tiffany's is thick. Also Jessica's tone is just so much higher in comparison to Tiffany's that most of the time, I think it'd harm her vocal cords if she forced herself...
MGZ13 XD true taeyeon has the range and technique to cover Jessica's notes. Her voice is higher pitched, airy and soft compared plus she does a lot of runs and higher belts so I makes sense that especially Tiffany/ partially seohyun have a hard time covering it ( but they can cover each other just fine). Tiffany is a good singer but she often strains going past a certain note while belting so usually the notes she covers for Jess are a little too high (it may be healthier for her to hit them in head voice). Sunny's voice is also higher so she sounds nice covering some of the lines. S.H.Y all have twangs and lower voices so it could sound a bit off when covering Jess but they can cover each other well. I think taeyeon's voice is in a sort of sweet spot were she has the versatility and range to cover every member's lines.

I would have to say that Sooyoung is a little below yuri, she has a beautiful range and awesome dancing skills. Sooyoung has good dancing skills, but she isn't a vocalist as compared to yuri.
