    nice one Casey!I'm flying to London city from Glasgow next week then the following week i'm flying out of glasgow to Campbelltown,scotland & flying into London city can be scary sometimes because it looks like your stalling

    • @CPlanespotting
      @CPlanespotting  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thats because of the 5 degree glide slope to land, its a lovely approach either way though 😃

    Have flown on a BAE 146 myself you get great views because of the high wing and yes I must also fly in and out of London City great video liked*

      Yes, the high wing makes it easier for sight seeing

    Great video of a great little plane. Only plane i've ever seen with 50/50 window blinds. Looked like a hell of a thump on landing, not sure i'd want to have that with my bad back. City Jet also have the new Russian Sukhoi jet on their fleet as it was cheaper than Airbus or Boeing.

      They have a few of them, but some are currently leased to Brussels Airlines for the time being

      Casey Planespotting No City Jet for me then. I won’t take the chance of being flown in a Russian aircraft and would rather spend the extra fare.

    When I first flew into LCY the glideslope was 7.5 degrees. That was steep!. At that time the only aircraft operating at LCY were the Dash 7 and the Do228 (which was the aircraft I flew in: to Rotterdam and back).
    I hate it when the 'reason' for a delay is given as the result of a delay to the incoming aircraft. That explains nothing! Why was the incoming aircraft delayed?
    An enjoyable video. Thanks.

    • @CPlanespotting
      @CPlanespotting  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Many reasons why inbounds can be delayed which have a knock on the for outbound, but the passengers only really need to know it basic

    This plane is built for short flights. Crashed on a flight from Brazil to Colombia with a full soccer team Chapecoense due the lack of fuel.

    While overall a nice video, I do have to comment on your "whip panning" shots, and way too fast zooms - in and out.
    When you were boarding, the camera pan to view the engines, is way too fast. Would suggest a much slower pan rate, give the viewer a relaxed pace view. I'm not sure what type of camera you are using, but you also need to slow down the zoom in and out. You're out pacing the autofocus. It can't keep up. Keep in mind, cameras are not as fast as the human eye. You have an editing ability some where - either in camera, or in post use it more when putting videos together for public consumption.
    Panning from outside to inside and back to the outside, again - way too fast, and camera can't keep up with the light change. Suggest you shoot some interior material; pause the camera; then focus and resume your outside shooting. These things can only enhance your videography. Cheers
