It is rare to see correct movement demonstrated in simple easy to follow steps while maintaining focus, power and kime. Stance, hip rotation, posture is maintained throughout demonstration. Excellent video I will recommend to my friends.

a perfect kata vdo so far on TH-cam with proper stance and power and spotting which is rare to see in any vdo thanks.

In this style the difference between taikyoku shodan and nidan is where the punch goes. Chudan for shodan and jodan for nidan.

The taikyoku katas were never aproved by the Japan karate association only 26 kats
But it doesn't mean that we should not practice them. On the other hand, I don't thing students should learn heian if they do not master taikyoku.

Master Gichin Funakoshi doesn't teach those 4, 5 or 6 Taikyokus in his book ' Karate-Do - Kyohan The Master Text ' , but just the above 3.
