I honestly think Spain is over rating some of these brawlers.
Gene is only OP in quick fire
But he really isn’t that great in any other mode and belle is not really that really that meta either.
@@CrusaderGoatGene actually is insanely good on big friend, and hes also pretty good on timed destruction. He is good on every modifier actually. He is also very good on Bounty, Gem Grab and Knockout.

@@CrusaderGoatWhile Belle is really op on Timed Detonation modifier, and she is good on Bounty, Gem Grab, Hot Zone, Knockout, and can be good on BrawlBall if it is a open map. Although shes op in no modes (maybe in knockout), she is pretty versatile, being good in basically every mode except for BrawlBall, while also being op on Timed Detonation modifier.

Stu is probably one of the safest brawlers to pick for maxing since he's hard to play. His kit is fundamentally strong in the right hands and almost useless outside, so he'll probably always have a place in any meta that isn't too sniper-dependent (even still, considering the pool and top brawlers right now, he's nowhere useless). I just hope when he gets hypercharge it isn't so cracked that the devs decide to nerf his base kit into the ground.

God of consistency, a good stu can be used in any meta
I don’t know what they were thinking when making L&L. They still have a basic attack that’s around as good as Barley or Willow (who were good for several months before the HC/assassin meta only because of it, despite having mediocre supers), but easier to hit, and also has a better super.
Nita has historically been seen as a tank counter since tanks feed her super and she can use it to push them back, and somehow a thrower is emulating that even better. Tanks feed Lawrie like crazy, and Larry has excellent bush scouting capabilities. Not to mention how Lawrie is an actual offensive threat, compared to Bruce who was good just for pushing tanks backwards
He should be long range. A thrower with spawner is not good. He should be a long range.

I've recently came back to the game after 2,5 years, I used to have a maxxed out account but now with gears and hypercharges it made the process a bit longer, this video gave me a good idea on who to play and max out in this meta, thank You!

I think the fact that Charlie and Larry are not only still useable but top meta brawlers after multiple sets of heavy nerfs goes to show just how overpowered they were on release. So much has been taken away from each and they’re still so strong. Charlie is probably fine for now aside from the Spiders having a bit too much HP still. More than a Larry nerf, in this case a Lawrie nerf, I want a Barley buff because since L&L got released (and I guess since Siege got removed) Barley has lost his purpose.
I don't think spider health reduction is going to do anything. The only thing it really does is lock down single shot brawlers which are going to one shot them anyway
It’ll help some of the multi-hit brawlers (Pam, Stu, Crow, Leon from a distance) clear all of them out better. In my mind they shouldn’t have more hp than Tara’s shades because Charlie can make better use of blocking stuff with her range than Tara or even Ruffs, whose bags don’t move.

Try using brawler masteries for coins we get minimum 720 coins for every brawler 1st mastery

Mico now takes damage from the smoke while in the air with his Super
Piper
Decreased main attack damage from 1700 to 1600 at max range
Dynamike
Decreased Super damage from 2200 to 2080
Decreased Satchel Charge Gadget stun duration from 1.5 to 1.2 seconds
Colette
Teen Spirit no longer charges Colette’s super
Colette’s Teen Spirit damage to special targets reduced from 5000 to 3000
Colette’s Teen Spirit damage to enemy brawlers increased from 1000 to 1200
Leon
Decreased Hypercharge damage from 25% to 15%
Increased Hypercharge shield from 5% to 15%
Invisheal healing reduced from 1360 to 1040 per second
Fang
Super damage decreased from 1200 to 1100
Increased Hypercharge multiplier from 20 to 30%
Frank
Decreased attack delay time from 1.3 to 1.1 seconds
The additional health from Frank’s Sponge Star Power increased from 1400 to 1700 health
Frank’s Power Grab Star Power will now also give him a 10% movement speed boost on top of the damage boost upon defeating an enemy
Frank’s Active Noise Canceling Gadget’s immunity to crowd control effects increased from 1.5 to 3 seconds
Hank
Hank can now heal from auto-regeneration while charging his main attack, but at a 60% reduced rate
Hank will now only be visible in bushes after his main attack is charged more than 50%
Hank’s It’s Gonna Blow Star Power increased from a 10% to a 14% movement speed buff when his main attack is charged over 80%
Hank’s Take Cover! Star Power damage reduction shield now lasts for an additional 2 seconds after he stops standing next to a wall
Chester
The numbers of hits necessary to charge Super decreased from 7 to 6 hits
Main attack damage increased from 640 to 670 per projectile
Jawbreaker Super stun duration increased from 1 to 1.5 seconds
Jawbreaker Super damage increased from 200 to 460
Pop Rocks Super radius increased by 20%
Pop Rocks Super slow effectiveness slightly increased
Chester’s Candy Beans Gadget healing increased from 420 to 435-544 and it now scales with Power Levels
Penny
Main attack damage increased from 980 to 1020
Byron
Main attack damage increased from 340 to 380 per tick
Poco
Health increased from 3700 to 4000
Main attack damage increased from 760 to 800
Poco’s Screeching Solo Star Power damage increased from 1520 to 1680
Poco’s Protective Tunes Gadget immunity from adverse effects increased from 2 to 3 seconds and it now also grants a 10% damage reduction
Gus
Gus main attack damage increased from 1000 to 1060
Gus’s Kooky Popper Gadget can now knock back enemies again
Gus’s Soul Switcher Gadget no longer makes Gus lose any health and now makes his next attack also drop a spirit when he hits an obstacle
Bonnie
Main attack damage increased from 1000 to 1100 while in Clyde
Health increased from 3000 to 3300 while in her alternate form

Super damage increased from 1200 to 1360
Health increased from 5400 to 5600
Surge
Increased base movement speed from 650 to 700
Surge’s To the Max! Star Power reworked from making his main attack split when hitting walls to making his main attack split upon reaching max distance or when hitting walls every 5 seconds
Kit
Main attack damage increased from 800 to 840
Health increased from 3000 to 3200
Kit’s Cardboard Box Gadget duration reduced from 5-3 seconds, but he can now charge his super 50% faster while moving instead of 100% while stationary
Kit’s Cheeseburger Gadget healing reduced from 40% to 30%, but it can now also be used when Kit is attached to an enemy to heal himself
Kit’s Power Hungry Star Power reworked from making Kit get 200% power from Power Cubes to Mega Modifiers: Kit gets 140% power from all modifiers (Power Cubes, 8-Bit’s Damage Booster, Ruffs’ Supply Drop, etc.)
Kit’s Overly Attached Star Power reworked from making Kit attach to friendly brawlers for 5 seconds longer to giving him a 25% damage reduction shield when attached to enemy brawlers.
I know it’s a lot, but I think these changes will result in the weaker brawlers rising up as well as make some of the stronger brawlers feel less overwhelming.
Another option for Chester is to make Bell-O-Mania baseline and rework both of his star powers (Since Sneak Peek is useless). I’d still buff Candy Beans healing, but keep the rest the same.
I don’t like the Leon changes…he would be dead again…I like that he is meta rn…and the collette needs might be a little too harsh 2. But beside that u cooked

@@ctzn275 Thanks! I think Leon should at least get a nerf to his star power since it heals way too much rn. Colette needs at least the super charge nerf since she can chain two hypercharge supers and deal 50% in heist.
@@A-A-A-A-A-A Tbh, I think Larry and Lawrie is pretty balanced rn. Maybe a projectile speed nerf will be good and a damage nerf for Lawrie.

What are the best maps and matchups for Charlie now? I loved her and maxed her out right away, but since her nerf I just haven't gotten used to her slower projectile speed (I can't hit shit now lol). Are you using her on open maps or grassy maps or what?
Her best matchups are single shot brawlers and tank, she destoys single shot brawlers with her gadget and tanks with her super, her projectile speed also seemed very slow to me after the nerf but after playing her some more it got normal and its not a big problem anymore, in long-medium range she can spam shots consistently
she also hard counters annoying fang with both super+gadget and she can also waste someones hyeprcharge with her super
Yesterday's stream was very insightful. Learned a lot from it so I will be pushing to masters myself.

I see, but also f2p players has at least 1 free HC per month, so the question remain, it's better to focus on the meta brawlers or rely on the purple button. i have all brawlers level 9 and i will probably max out leon first since i've HC, but i also have shelly colt rosa and colette which i think its good because leon worst mode is probably heist and colette is a best pick the few times were she is not banned
