Yes, it is, but the reaction time window is quite small to react unless you fully concentrated and expecting some attack. With 4-player coop it is impossible to be fully concentrated.

This boss fight is literally *Omega Flowey* and the repeating thing is exactly what flower does at the end and then in the Flowey boss fight you almost die, then you go on the offence

RedHallo The Lunar Whale is actually possible to beat without dashing. The first half is pretty easy. The second half requires understanding the game's hitboxes. At the bottom of the level, the wall there has such an awkward hitbox, you can put yourself a little more than halfway into it without taking damage. All of the sliders will just go past you since they aren't put low enough to hit.
